I applied to other colleges as well but opted out due to a lack of proper opportunities and facilities. I applied for IPU and some other colleges as well but dropped the plan of joining them due to poor facilities. No, I didn't avail any quota for admission as I am a general candidate. The admission is based on JEE MAIN scores and class 12 CBSE percentage. No, as such age criteria are mentioned for admission but the candidate should not be more than 21 years old. There was online counseling for admission. Overall the process was very convenient and smooth.

I had an interest in coding and computers that's why I chose the CSE branch and decided to pursue it. Faculty to the student ratio is very good in our college as compared to other colleges. Every student gets proper attention and the faculty is really very helpful and always solves the doubt of the students. All the faculty members are senior and well qualified with thorough knowledge of their fields. They use innovative and creative methods to make teaching more interesting for students. Their main focus always remains a practical approach rather than theoretical one. There are 2 sessional and 1 final examination. Overall the syllabus comes from within the topics told in class. One just attends the classes properly.

Companies like Google, Cisco, Microsoft, Intel, Texas Instrumentation, etc provide internship opportunities to the students at our college. Various roles as a business development intern, software developer, tester, technical writer, etc are provided. Stipend completely depends on the potential of the student. Some students can get a stipend of even up to 10000. Various projects have been made by the students. All the students who complete the internship get surely placed from our college which is the best part.

The students can apply for placements from the 6th semester onwards. There were many companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, L&T, etc which visited the campus for placement and made wonderful offers to the students. Almost 50% of students from the college got offers. The highest package offered was about 50L while the average package lies in the range of 5-6L and they were hired for many posts like software developers, Manager, Assistant developer, and many more. After getting the degree I am preparing to do MBA and pursue my education further.

The fees structure of our college isn't very fancy or expensive and easily affordable. Our fees for 4 years is approximately 900000 and the fees hike is very minimal that is common in almost all colleges. There are various scholarship opportunities provided completely on the basis of academic performance. Students can apply them based on their scores in semester exams. Many companies visit for recruitment. I am currently a fresher but there has been news of the highest CTC of about 50L.

PTC Punjab Finale, Glow Run Electrica, Campus Princess, Devil's Hunt, EVA India, and there are many fests that are held at our college from the regular intervals of times. Our college focuses not only on scholastic but the overall holistic development of students. Fests are held throughout the year but the main fest is held around the month of March. The library is vast with more than 10000 books. So it is a very great opportunity for good readers. Classes are well equipped with all facilities and provide a wonderful environment for students to learn new things practically. Our college has a cricket ground, football ground, badminton courts, tennis courts, pool, table tennis court, volleyball net, basketball court so that students can adjust and enjoy themselves by engaging them in the sport of their choice. There are many clubs like Literary Council, Chess club, Coding Club, and many more to provide students opportunities to learn new things and enhance skills.
