Alliance University Bangalore, BBA, International Business

Remarks

The colleges to which I applied are Manipal University, where I did not get admission because I did not qualify in the interview process and there is no entrance exam for my admission. And Jain University, where I was selected but do not want to go because the fee is too high for BBA. And PES university, I was accepted, but I do not want to attend college since one of my friend's said that the timetable is rigid and inflexible. My college's admission criteria are that he/she must have a minimum of 50% or above grade point average in 10+2 class, and he must also pass the AUMAT entrance test and interview. We don't have to pay any fee for entrance test and once you apply for college admission for college you will receive a mail about the entrance exam and interview are conducted on the same day morning they will conduct the entrance test in the evening they will send the link for the interview. After which they will provide you with an offer of admission letter if you get selected in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because I really have a pretty good interest in business management, and I aim to become an entrepreneur and start a company that why choose this course. The faculty-student ratio is also pretty good the faculty is also very good, I personally like my teachers because they don't just explain the topic they use real-life examples and companies in the topic so that we can understand very better, marketing and hr and ethics lectures are really good if I have to say so. for every for months there will be semester exams in a year, and the difficulty is I would say not all the subjects were difficult but some of them are like economics and accountancy.

Internships Opportunities

4

I don't know anything about internships because they haven't said anything about internships on an official college website, but in college, our lecturers said that in 3rd year BBA they will give us one or one and half month holidays for internships, and it is mandatory for students to do internships in that time and the companies like Infosys and some top companies will be available for our internships.

Placement Experience

4

Alliance University has a placement department tasked with building a network with the leading industry and professions in order to facilitate recruiting. because the data of 2021 is not yet accessible on the official website but the information I have collected about alliance university placement is, according to sources, the highest package offered to students was Rs 16.7 LPA. During the 2020 alliance university's placement drive, 92.2% of students were placed in reputable firms. Ashok Leyland, Amazon India, Bisleri International Pvt.Ltd., Trident hotels, ITC infotech, and others are the recurring recruiters. My plan after getting a degree is, I want to go abroad and study MBA in the US or UK.

Fees and Financial Aid

About the fees in the Alliance University, the fees for BBA 3 years is 6 lakhs, the cost of the study is okay but the fees for the hostel, I would say it's not that good because 80000 for 6 months in bit much over for that hostel I would say no offence, I didn't get any scholarship or financial assistance in the fees, and still, I'm in the 2nd year so I dont have any job I got on-campus, but in our campus, they will provide best internships from top companies.

Campus Life

4

I don't know bout any annual fest or tech fest or any fest because I have spent y whole first year in online but I have heard they are good there will be fests and male's and festival celebrated, and about our college library, our library is the best in Bengaluru if I say so, the library has a seperate building and it has two floors and a wide range of books, magazines and whatnot. Our college has so many grounds it has a seperate basketball court and a badminton coat and cricket ground and a football ground. As I said now it's all online but the sports tournaments are conducted on campus. And classrooms are pretty big and it has a good infrastructure with all the tech stuff. There are no clubs run by students but there are so many clubs in our college like the marketing club or finance club and so on these clubs will be more useful and we can gain more knowledge other than classroom knowledge.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

There are two options are their single occupancy and double occupancy room, in a double occupancy room there will be two beds and two tables with two chairs, and there are two cupboards and there will be no AC in both occupancy rooms that's the down thing. If you want to take a PG outside of the campus there are some apartments from 2 km away from the college. So it's easy if you take a PG outside of the college. The registration process for a hostel is easy you can take it when you go to college.

Interview Experience

4

I did not have any GD in my admission process, they have only conducted an interview, and the topics are "why do you want to study BBA course", " why did you select this university", "where did you see yourself in five years", "who is your inspiration and what is that you like about him", these are the questions they have asked me in an interview. Process and criteria are, first of all, they will send you a mail about entrance test and interview date and timings after you applied for college admission, and you will have an online entrance exam and interview on the same day and you will get the results after two days and criteria is you should have 50% or above in 10+2 years, and you should pass in the entrance test and interview round. I have seen some youtube videos about these BBA interviews that's it.
