Remarks
Through the UPSEE examination, the process was smooth and cooperative. But if someone goes directly then they will take admission to the University of galgotia, this needs to be taken care of. one can also take a direct admission minimum of 60% marks with no donation. but they won't give IT/CS without donation in case of direct admissions. Through the Upsee exam, one can get whatever is allotted.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is of AICTE faculty members are good, but our HOD(ECE department is very strict in case of 75%. attendance) which most of the students find irritating. projects are allotted with support from faculties. Seniors are very supportive in guidance and other stuff. Labs are quite good, student teacher ratio is also quite okay. exam are conducted on regular basis not very tough to clear but they are very strict in case of attendance so for final year students it's really a headache.
Placement Experience
College placements are good students are eligible to apply from 3 years onwards. if they fulfil the criteria then they can sit in placements. The highest package from our in campus college placement in the year 2020 was of 24lac/annum offered by amazon to a CS student. although some students manage to get higher packages off campus that is bcoz of their own hard work college has very little contribution to that. If any student gets an internship then they can apply for NOC. the average package of the year 2020 was around 5-6 lakh/annum. almost 65-70% of students get placed. Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Airtel, Amazon, Samsung, byjus, and others come almost every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very low as compare to other colleges in the locality, 109603 for GCET, not GU. one can get a scholarship from the UP government if eligible college is very supportive in applying & verification process in campus placement are quite good, companies do come and also placement cell becomes active to provide various courses other than a course to crack interviews. There is no chance of an internship from college.
Campus Life
Social life is good, seniors are very interactive and helpful, there are ground and badminton courts on campus and also the college atmosphere is good. the college campus is also very greeny and canteens are also there. there are only fans in the classroom no Ac and also the benches are not well maintained. there are various clubs and sports groups on campus that are technical or cultural. events are organized on a daily regular basis by seniors.
