Remarks

IT WAS INDIA'S NO 1 UNIVERSITY WHEN I JOINED AND SINCE IT WAS LOCATED IN BANGALORE I THOUGHT I WILL GET MORE EXPOSURE AND KNOWLEDGE IN STUDIES. ALSO MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS I WILL GET MORE FRIENDS FROM DIFFERENT STATES. MY COLLEGE HAD MORE CLUBS AND FOURMS.

Course Curriculum Overview

COURSE CURRICULUM IS UPTO THE STANDARDS OF IIT'S AND NIT'S SO DONT WORRY ABOUT THE ACADEMICS AND LAB FACILITIES ARE SO GOOD ALSO FACULTIES ARE ALL PHD HOLDERS OR PHD PURSUING MEMBERS VERY GOOD AT SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

IT WAS GOOD MORE THAN 200 COMPANIES CAME FOR PLACEMENTS. FROM 7 SEMESTER STUDENTS BECOME ELEGIBLE FOR CAMPUS PLACEMENTS. TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, CTS, HCL, BLUE BINARIES, CISCO, IBM, MU-SIGMA, CONTINENTAL, QTPI ROBOTICS AND OTHER COMPANIES CAME UP WITH DIFFERENT ROLES. HIGHEST PACKAGE OFFERED WAS 40LPA AND AVARAGE PACKAGE IS 4LPA.ALMOST 80% OF STUDENTS GET PLACED.

Fee Structure And Facilities

THE FEE STRUCTURE IS LITTLE HIGHER 3LPA SO AFFORDABILITY FOR MANY GOOD STUDENTS BECAME TOUGH AND THERE IS A SLIGHT ADVANTAGE OF GETTING SCHOLARSHIP FOR WHO GET GOOD RANKS IN THE ADMISSION EXAM AND THERE IS NO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

Campus Life

CAMPUS LIFE IS NOT ONLY ACADEMIC BASED LIFE IT IS FILLED WITH FUN AND JOY. THERE ARE MANY ANNUAL FESTS LIKE KALAKRUTHI, MAD NIGHT, AND KALANJALI ALSO TECH FESTS. THE LIBRARY IS HUGE WHERE YOU CAN GET BOOKS OF YOUR OWN INTEREST ALL SORTS OF AMENITIES IN CLASSROOM AND LABS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. MANY CLUBS ARE PRESENT LIKE CHETHANA CLUB, EPIC CLUB, SMRITHI CLUB.

The great review

Likes

very first thing i like in the college is the wifi network,
the library which is very peace and silent
average places to take photos and nearby there is nandi hills to visit

Dislikes

i dislike the distance of the college, its too large, should walk soo much
the cost of stationaries in the general store
i dont think so faculy are that much expertise , only countable people worth it

Course Curriculum Overview:

see i have choosed this course because it is very relatable to CSE, coz my ranking was not sufficient to get this course. the course which i took "Information Science and Engineering" is really a good course. they make us real world engineers. the area they shld actually improve is, hiring worthable faculty.

We have a temporary campus .which was taken as rent in goverment engeneering college raichur .and permanent campus was yet to finish by the time juniors come the permanent campus will be getting finished.just needed the proper campus no improvments
The campus life was not as expected by a student because here the cluns are not very active like in any other colleges , u can enjot a lot with your friends in your hostel.
Every branch has a faculty adviser we can meet them and discuss our problems with them .the faculry were very good they were well experienced ,they teach in general way as any teacher does on a digital board.

Dislikes

The placement cell is not that good , the students were not getting places for good amount of package as expected .
The labs were not well maintained that should be resolved that is the main problem in this college as well as library we have a very small library which is in a size of a regular class
Hostel was not within the campus which makes some difficulty to walk through the streets with roaming buses and cars and bikes , in our college boy girl ration was very less it is 1: 7 like that.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for taking interships and they get placed in 7th semester and have to leave campus after 8th semester the highest would somewhere aroubd 20 lpa and avg would be 9 to 10 lpa . I plan to do Mtech in any reputed college by writing gate . The percentage of studebts getting placed are 70 %

Thoughts on BMSSA

Likes

Campus is amazing lot of open spaces and maintains all the greenary
The faculty is good as they all are practicing architects
The sports facility is also really good as there r lot of tournaments

Dislikes

Work load given is a lot and the pressure of submissions are unbareable
They expect a lot frm 1st sem students and forget the fact tht we jus started
Lot of teacher student rivalry and affecting the overall passing of the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is amazing but again the aheets given and the expected submissions for a 1st yesr is too much and the pressure is high .the teaching methods r basically every 10 students r allotted to s mentor who then guides them thru the design process

The teaching faculty is the best here all the doctors who come to teach us are well trained and knowledgeable
The lab facilities are also very good here, we are having good access to the lab also
We are also getting easy access to the Hospital whenever we want to which is giving us good clinical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is holistic science in total to study about. Ayurveda helps us a lot when it comes to the application and clinical practice point of view. Ayurveda aims at mainly "Swasthasya swasthir rakshanam, athurasya vikar prashamanam" our entire curriculum is based on the aim of ayurveda which states protecting the health of a healthy person and also reversing the pathology of the diseased individual. Ayurveda mainly aims at the Doshas(vatta, pitta and Kapha) to treat the pathology and also to maintain the health of the healthy person. Ayurveda language is sanskrit so 1st year Sanskrit should be learnt properly. The term vise examination and periodic assessment are helping us to revise and learn the concept better.

This college gave me an admission for the cheapest fees along with better placement record as of now. I've been rejected in a couple of colleges because of a group discussion which I stumbled across. Admission in my college is through an AEEE scholarship exam or via jee. The more probable option for students is the AEEE exam...Read More

Review as Hosteller at Amrita school of engineering, Bangalore

I have wrote JEE Advanced and I have good 148 marks But I was disqualified for not meeting the minimum marks criteria in chemistry. So I had to see for other options. I join this college because I was told that the college is very good in terms of placements. I had few more options too... SRM & VIT. But this college is better than SRM college. And VIT fees was so expensive so I have confirmed my admission here. The admission process of Amrita School of Engineering is you have to write AEEE exam and provide your JEE mains score if you have any. Once the counselling process starts you have to upload your course preferences and you get a seat based of your AEEE score and JEE mains score....Read More

An overall detailed and comprehensive assessment of college and related facilities

I applied to a few colleges like VIT, Manipal, Shiv Nadar..etc. I got admission to the 2nd as well. I choose this college due to several factors like senior recommendation, faculty, location, lack of bad influence and habits ..etc. Actually my dad was determined not to make me really stressed by forcing me into entrance and IIT coaching so I did preparing only for SAT exam instead. And most of the colleges consider entrance scores as major criteria for admission. I was planning to go for higher studies abroad but unfortunately the COVID pandemic struck at the time and had to cancel. So yeah I prepared majorly for SAT....Read More

For us the exam process was online . I applied for the AEEE exam organised by amrita vishwa vidyapeetham . Anybody can apply but they should meet some basic criterias like 75 percent in some subjects . After we got the exam results we applied for the counselling based on our ranks we got the seats alloted . Many rounds of counselling will be there to remove the students from list who dropped and give better branch or opportunity to the students. Everything was easy...Read More
