Remarks

I have applied for vignan, pv sidharadha,Barath University, SRM. I have not attended these colleges because I felt my college has very good faculty and good infrastructure. I have not availed of any quota for admission. The admission criteria are very easy and simple for us as all the staff members guided us well and made us opt for the right path. So I was very happy and satisfied with the environment and infrastructure. The criteria for the students to avail CSE is to score their rank below 4000.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose computer science engineering in the BTech course as I'm very much interested in programming and to cater the challenging computing needs of society. There is 720 staff in our college where 400 among them are teaching staff and 120 are under in non-teaching. We have two semesters per year and two mids per semester. The level of the exam is moderate and also all our faculty are highly experienced and enhances us to develop our skills.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 69400 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college annual fee is 69400 and our hostel fee is 39000. Also we annual fee of 8000 for bus facility. Our college provides scholarships for students to showcase their skills though they're not affordable. Financial support is also provided to students who are economically weak. Our college is one among very few colleges that provide social service by collecting funds.

Campus Life

Our college conducts a youth fest every year in the month of February. Students take an active part in those fests to showcase their skills and talents. A wide number of students from other colleges also participate. Youth fest takes place three days namely cultural fest, technical fest, and sports fest. Also, our classrooms are provided with all the facilities. We have a monitor board, tube lights, fans, and all other amenities.

Hostel Facilities

There are separate hostels for both girls and boys. Girls Hostel can accommodate nearly 400 members. Hotels are well equipped with solar water plants, libraries, city centers, and rooms are acquaintances with self almirahs and beds. Each room contains six members. Also, all the food served is nutritional and tasty. Simply filling the application and verifying the details, the rooms are allocated.

Hostel Fee: INR 39000 per year

My experience at Vignan's Institute Of Information Technology

Likes

The college have good learning environment. We have spacious classrooms with digital boards and pc, multiple playgrounds, seminar halls,digital labs etc.I like the digital labs because we gain our pratical experience.
we have a central library which has digital library in it. In exams most of the time i will spent in library. Because it has peaceful environment. The rules of library is also good. We need to swip our id to enter the library.
The next thing i like in my college is the temple. We have a temple in our college. in our free time, we spent our time at temple. And the most important thing is the college try very hard to get the students placed in reputated company.

Dislikes

Main drawback of our college is, we have only small canteen. Everyone doesnot like it. sometimes we need to eat our food by standing due to less number of tables but the food is good.
we have food court and canteen, these two are small. But our college looked into this. Now constructing the big one.
Other than these things. I donot have any things i donot like about my college. The college road is not good to our college but now our college sloving this issue also.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is very good. We have excellent training placement cell. The faculty of the placement cell are very supportive and friendly with the students. They use their network to bring the reputated companies to the campus. The maintain the well bond with the companies. around 90% of the students are placed every year from every branch. Remaing 10% students are may be with blocks or any some other reasons. If the student doesnot get any placement in the campus, the campus offers the some jobs to the students.

Why Kl university

Likes

I like the infrastructure of my university
College life is very good and there will be no stress
The Teaching and non teaching staffs are very good and supportive

Dislikes

The thing I disliked is the timings of the classes
Another thing is to travel for long time if you are local

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the circulam 10 out of 10 because in our cirrculum we will learing skills like dbms, full stack which will we useful in our placements. we have two mid examinations first 50% of the syllabus will be on mid1, another 50% will be mid2 and one semeter end exam.

The curriculum is well-structured and covers all the important core subjects with useful practical labs. It is relevant for both industry and higher studies. Exams are conducted on time and are moderately easy. Adding more industry-oriented workshops and updated tools would make it even better. Overall, the course is clear, relevant, and helpful for future growth.

A College Boy Story

Likes

I like the support from the faculty and they support us in every work and task
they provide the internships more and more from the prestiougus institutes
the campus is good and the infastructure is very well

Dislikes

the food at the canteen is wrost as excepected but now it better sometimes
the faculty is less expirenced it is some most one that i dislikes
the fee structure for the students is more thinh i disliked they make more stress

Placement Experience:

form the semester of 3rd year and 2nd semester and our college contains amazon , wipro , infosys , accenture , cummins , tech mahindra , cred are so many startups and the highest package is 45lpa and the average is 4 lpa per person

Kits college overall review

Likes

Very disciplined college, rules are very strict in shirt tuck shoes mandatory for boys along with id card.
Other activities like functions,events participations is good
Infrastructure and maintenance is very good

Dislikes

They will ask you to pay full fee before government disperse the amount
Barely communicate between opposite genders due to strict rules
Placements from past year is not up to the mark

Actually for every 6 months we have to complete one semester,due to Covid in our batch time we completed the course quite fast,after Covid the classes are done according to the time and we also participate multiple hackathon to represent out ideas and some skill oriented programming organisations

Likes

The aspects i liked the college that appreciated by the environment of greenery and calm environment
Most of the faculties are Doctorate holders and experienced
The quality infrastructure should be good and it is rated as A+ by the NAAC

From 6th semester students becomes eligible for campus placements. TCS offers 465 placements TCS offers three roles TCS ninja-3.5lpa,TCS digital -7lpa,TCS prime-9-11 lpa. Cognizant offers 135 placements with the package of 6lpa

the thing i like more in our college is firstly dicipline
the thing i like in our college are more but mostly we can say friendly and experienced faculty
in my college every topic is explained practically it is very help fullfor our studies

second thing was we not even permiable to talk with opposite gender freely

Proffesors are highly qualified and very friendly with students except in Chemical Department
Environment is too good at feet of Lord Balaji and it is free from pollution having a 100 acre campus in Sheshachala Foresf
Location Of SVU is just 3 km from Tirupati Railwaystation and can go to any place in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Kerala/.. As RU is Railway junction every train passes by and well connected Place

Dislikes

Ambience is becoming worst day by day as Cutoff is decreasing and you get very poor Alumni assocaition and Like minded people to develop
NIRF rank drastically falling down year by year due to its poor perfomance in academics, as Politics are involved
Infrastructure is Very bad and no one take care about hostels and College premises

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement are Really really worst!!! Everybody here forgot about placements as there are very megre placements take place. If you just want College Placement-DOBOT JOIN THIS COLLEGE. The management is trying to improve Placements and hope better will take place
