TAPMI college Review

The admission process was very smooth. The process was split into two parts - 1.Group discussion - We were given a topic and allowed to prepare for 2mins. 2. Personal Interview - Duration was 20 mins. The minimum CAT score required is 85 percentile.

Course duration is 2 years and it is split into 6 terms. TAPMI has a very big faculty and all the professors are experienced in their domains. The teaching method is mostly Case Analysis. The faculty is strict in following the rules and regulations. The difficulty of exams is adequate.

Summer Internships are offered to first-year students. Many companies like Gartner, Microsoft, Hindustan Unilever visit the campus and offer internships to students. The projects range from marketing intern, Sales intern to HR intern.

Campus placement process is very good and many reputed companies visit the college for placements. Companies like Pidilite, EY, Infosys, etc all visit the college for placements. TAPMI has offered 100% placements for the past 5 years.

The fee is 7.55 lakh per annum. It does not include hostel and mess charges. Overall the fees turns out to be around 18 lakhs for the full duration of 2 years. Many scholarships are provided by the college which helps the economically weaker sections of the society.

Life at the campus is pretty fun. TAPMI is situated on top of a hill and the whole campus is lush green. It has a huge library that is able to cater to 600 students in a single time. All classrooms have Air Conditioning. There are more than 20 committees in TAPMI.

Group Discussion was of 40 minutes and topics included current events like the Economic policy of India, New Education Reforms, Suez canal Blockage. The interview duration was of 20 minutes and was a situation-based interview i.e. how did you react during specific situations in your life.
