Remarks

While I was in +2 I heard the name of LPU. It is a good college. Most of the teachers are highly talented and their teaching method is extremely good. A average student can score better in semester exam if he/she study properly. Its easy to get admission in this college in every year admission start on Jan and ends on April.only documents like your intermediate certificate , 10th certificate, adhar etc are required. As this college giving good placement so I preferred this college.infrastructure is very good.I have used jossa.nic.in while selecting the college. This all about my college

Course Curriculum Overview

Form my childhood I have a curiosity to know how a computer operate. During my 10th a organization gives free course of basic computer science. I had registered on that and completed the course successfully and got a certificate after that during my 12th I have taken IT. During 12 th I was interested in AI and I want to became a AI engineer so I have taken computer science. There are more than 4000 faculty members and more than 40000 student are there. Most of faculty members are highly educated and teaching method is awesome. But some of the teacher have no basic knowledge of that subject what they teach. In each term there are 2 phases of exam that is end term and mid term. The main exam is end term it is very easy to pass if anyone study properly.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

Form 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placement. To placed in a good company a student must have scored 7 cgpa. Complaiines like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, cognizant, tcs, hindalco, Flipkart etc visited to our campus. Average package in computer science branch 5 lakh per annum while highest package is 28 lakh( a person placed in Amazon in last year). 70-80% of students get placement in our college.my plans is after getting degree I will preapare for GATE and then I will go for m.tech

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees amount is more. For computer science and engineering it is 90000 per semester excluding scholarship. Our University conduct a exam for scholarship. This exam involves 3 phases if anyone scored 75% or above in phase 1 he/she will get 50% scholarship. In phase2 its 40% and in phase3 it is 30%. I got 40% scholarship. Now I am in third year so I didn't get any job opportunity yet

Campus Life

Library is awesome. classroom is fully comfortable. After class everyone played cricket in our playground. Social group like ncc, ngo etc run by students

Hostel Facilities

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
