Remarks

I used to judge colleges based on their fees , placement and campus so I felt LPU was better and also they give scholarship to almost every one. So I guess it is obvious to get attracted to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is very nicely organized but the problem is in the teaching and the crowd. The teaching is very immature and the there is too much crowd every where in the campus. Just imagine there are 25k students in the same campus.INSANE!!

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 750000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

I have not opted for any Internship as I am going for my MS , but I could tell about my friends internships. So many of them got their internship in their 3rd year itself and and continuing it.

Placement Experience

So the minimum criteria for sitting in the placement is 5.6 CGPA and after getting that you can sit for the placement rounds after filling a placement and interrnship form. The placement in LPU is good as many students would normaly get placed. Many companies like TCS , Byjus and Bajaj frequently hire in the campus

Fee Structure And Facilities

I would say this is the best aspect of LPU where it beats every single private universities is here. The placements are good , opportunities are great , scholarship is also good what else you want.

Campus Life

It's crowdy but you meet amazing friends and batchmates and what not. I have no complaints about the campus life. Ranging from fests , sports events , concerts it feels like mini punjab inside the campus. Talking about infrastructure , it's mind blowing !! when I first saw it I felt I was somewhere in Europe or something like that.

Hostel Facilities

Lovely Professional University

Exam Structure

LPU NEST

Admission

Yes there is a course which covers all the important things which are important for the interviews and placements so there is no need to worry about not getting enough guidance for GD, Interview and all

My Experince at Chandigarh University: Campus Life, Learning and Growth

Likes

The campus is beautiful, spacious, and offers good infrastructure with modern facilities.
The university provides good exposure to technical courses, eventrs , clubs, and extracurricular activities.
The campus has good labs, a library, and facilities that support students academic development.

Dislikes

The fees are high and losing a scholarship due to cgpa requirements can create a significant financial burden.
More personalized mentorship and regular career guidance sessions would help student prepare for their future carees.
more internship opportunities would further improve students professional growth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the CSE curriculum covers relevant subjects and provides a good foundation programming and computer science. It prepares students for futher studies and careers, through more industry-based projects and practical learning would be bemigficial. Exams include MSTs and ESTs, with a manageable difficulty level through regi;ar preparation.

University life

Likes

The infrastructure and faculty is very good. The university campus is very big containing different departments with the well qualified teachers. The teaching methods are very good and we can approach easily to the management for our queries.
The discipline is very well in the university campus. The proper follow up of rules and regulations is there in the campus. The rules regarding ragging are very strict and nobody will be forgive if caught in such offences.
The placement rate of the university is quite well in each and every department whether it is biosciences or engineering or any other department. The university ensures that each and every deserving student should get placement.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike about university is the students are not allowed to use lifts because for some departments the classes takes place on top floors and it is very difficult for students to climb those floors multiple times.
The other thing I dislike is the problem of traffic outside the main campus gate in morning mad evening time. It take lot of time to get out of that traffic and it ultimately makes students late for their classes.
The last thing I dislike is there is no free transportation services for students inside campus because the size of university is very big and to go from one point to other the students have to walk a lot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course offers theoretical as well as practical knowledge It prepare me very well for outside life and obstacles that I will face in outside world I think individual students must be asked for learning There is no such difficulty level
