Awesome Experience at Gargi College

The admission process in Gargi college is easy and pretty smooth. I didn't have to face any difficulties while getting admission to Gargi college. You will find volunteers everywhere who will guide you and help you out. I have availed OBC quota for my admission. At the time of admission, you have to keep your caste certificate along with you. I have applied to BCom. The admission criteria for BCom is pretty simple and the eligibility to get admission in BCom the minimum marks you required is 45%. At the time of admission, you should keep your documents along with you like caste certificate, 12th mark sheet, 10th mark sheet, etc.

The course curriculum is good and not that complicated. If we talk about faculty members then I must say it's very good. I have chosen this course because to know more about accounting, law, statistics, finance, and marketing, etc, and to gain in-depth knowledge on these core subjects that I have stated above. Now, if we talk about the student ratio then i must say it's good, and the faculty members are nice, humble, and polite. The teachers are highly qualified. Many of them did their PhD and provide good teaching methods to their students. The teaching method is flexible and nice. They make sure that each and every student is participating in the class. The term exams are not that difficult. Like if you'll be attentive in the class and study well you can easily pass the exam. If you will follow notes you can do it.

Gargi college provides internship facility also to their students so that students can learn and experience new things. Many reputed companies provide internships in our college like performant, TCR innovative, aasman foundation, global impact, vedica foundation, children wise, soupoz and kylo apps, etc. The role they offered to their students is content writer, Social media marketing, marketing intern, sales intern, campus ambassador, human resource and research intern, etc. They also provide a decent stipend to the students. So, internship opportunities are there in our college.

The placement of Gargi college is good. We have a placement cell in our college. Many reputed companies like Deloitte, Accenture, EY GDS, Inshorts, KPMG, ITC group, S&P global, and FIS went to our college for placement. Placement cells provide maximum opportunities to the students and to develop their personalities by conducting seminars and workshops from some organizations. The highest package was offered by Josh Talks i.e INR 12 LPA. The percentage of getting placement in Gargi college is 70-80%. So, students will get internship and placement opportunities as well in Gargi college. After getting my degree, I have decided to pursue master's degree.

The fee structure is affordable and decent. Like it's not that costly that one can't afford. I have paid 12,400 for 1 year. You need to pay the same amount at the time of admission. Gargi college also provides many opportunities for scholarships and they also provide financial assistance to their students. The name of the scholarship that Gargi college provides is SK Sood Memorial Scholarship and RP cricket academic scholarship for outstanding sportswomen in the eligible sports so that students can easily pursue their studies without any kind of difficulty.

Life at the campus is something very different from school. You will get the freedom you can do so many things. If we talk about infrastructure then i must say Gargi college has beautiful infrastructure. The red walls, the botanical garden, the arts quad everything is just soo good about Gargi college. You will find greenery everywhere even outside of college. The amenities in the classroom is nice and decent. The availability of books and journals in the library is good and in a good amount. You will get so many good opportunities. Gargi college has its own western dance society, the dramatic society (Upstage), the street play society (Kshitij), the Indian music society, NSS and NCC, etc. The annual fest is also organized by our college i.e Reverie which is organized every year by our college.
