Life at IPEC

Admissions at IPEC are offered in B.tech in 6 streams whereas for M.E and M.Tech there are 3 streams. For B.Tech admissions, candidates must qualify either UPSEE/JEE Main and clearly pass 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University with compulsory subject Physics and Mathematics and any optional subject(Chemistry) securing a minimum 45% in aggregate in required subjects. M.tech admission requires candidates to have a relevant B.Tech/B.E degree. Also, candidates who are GATE qualified will be shortlisted for the merit list on a preferential basis. The admission process was trouble-free, just keep your documents and their photocopy ready!

Faculty members are hardworking they really put inputs, which generally fades when we jump from school to college. Faculty trie to engage students in the lectures and they hardly skip any lectures (even they pull us out from the cafeteria if there is any mass bunk. Most of them are M.E/ M.tech and P.hd in there respective fields. Teaching method is too good. There are Unit Test every month and PUTs before University Exam. These exams are similar to University exam.

TCS, Sopra, Steria, Amazon, etc offers internship programs and give stipends upto 70k, everything depends on your work, enhance your skills work in your field of interest. They hire students as software engineers, product managers etc. You can also go with off-campus internship.

The highest package of college is 19L(Amazon). Average package is 4-6L and 95% of students get placements.Placements for CS/IT/ECE branch are good. You obviously have to put effort but the placement process is easy and smooth because college is supportive and college do have a placement cell. From 7th and 8th semester students are eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon TCS Infosys IBM give decent packages

The fee structure is yearly and it can be broken into two installments, it generally lies between 1.10-1.15L . There are no such scholarships provided by the college but the UP government provides many scholarship programs like Samaj Kalyan, you can apply for them.

UDBHAV is the annual fest for the college and TECHATHLON is held for all the tech geeks. I must say a lot of activities happen here and there in the college there are different socities like drama music cultural drone ACM GSC GFG robotics etc., college even have 1 CSI(Computer Society of India) for CS students, you just name your feild of interest.Many Instagram pages are made by the students to share work done by different socities or any program being organized by them. A decent library having good number of books, college even have a study room where you and your friend could have study sessions. The college crowd is pretty good, far better than any AKTU college.Seniors are too good. Sports event also happens here and there is a sports arena and gym in the college.
