Remarks

. Apply for JCBUST,YMCA FARIDABA in b.tech program . I apply in the quota of obc category for program in preference order CS, ECE, ECS. Rank range for CS in my admission year was about 70,000 (jee mains)aprrox . Admissiin criteria for haryana student is mandatory to have haryana domicile, income certificate ( if have), caste certificate, character, medical fitness certificate migration and other mandotary doc and . My admission haapens in online mode and firstly i got ECS Branch in online counselling but i want to get CS so i apply for physical counselling and luckily i got a seat in CS Branch in physical counselling ( Nealry in dec 2020).

Course Curriculum Overview

Basically, I choose cs for a better opportunity compared to others. In my class 75 students and a total of 10 teachers ( including lecturer and lab teacher). Most of the teachers are well qualified. Almost all of them did masters and some did PHD. Yet I attend online classes and almost all teachers taught indecent manner. Twice in a year and I think the question asked in the exam is really easy and any student who decent prepare can pass the exam.

Internships Opportunities

Top companies, including Escorts Limited, KPMG, Eicher and Dabur and they provide decent stipends for internships. Youtube transcript summarizer. In this project, you will be creating a Chrome extension that summarizes a YouTube video from its transcripts. This is done by implementing an NLP model from the popular Hugging face library. This project is a time-saver for YouTube viewers and a remarkable addition to your dev portfolio. Completing this project will showcase your command over full-stack development using HTML, CSS in the frontend, and Flask for the backend, along with the concepts of NLP.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Amazon nearly 10-12, Microsoft-15, etc .and no. Of offers are quite enough because a good percentage of students placed in cs it branch. Above 60% of students got placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my case, it's constant for the last two years and the cost of the study is quite cheap 75,000 rs per annum. Scholarship-- VPM , siemen, obc scholarship from Haryana govt., Interest-free loan also available and till now I don't get any job because I just enter in 22nd year but I listened many students got job and internships.

Campus Life

CULMYCA, TECHNOSURGE in the month of August. Most of the books are very old and mostly I don.t found the relevant book from my library. It's been an online class till now. Cricket, badminton and their lots of clubs. Vedic club, niramtam yoga club, UCC run by students

Hostel Facilities

Till I don't get the opportunity to live in the hostel but I listen to infrastructure os very old from reviews of my seniors in terms of meal it is best but they charge according to standard (high from girls hostel).

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Placements are available for final year and June and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester companies from it software and management sectors visit the campus placements opportunity at Decent with package wearing according to company and student scale I plan to build a strong technical skills so internship and projects and aim for a good job in aml field after graduation

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Genuine and Biased review

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it
