Admission to the B.tech program at DTU is granted on the basis of the JEE MAINS ranks followed by the JAC DELHI conselling process. In order to be eligible for the admission in the B.tech program, a candidate is required to pass 10+2 level board examination with PCM and 60% marks in aggregate. For delhi region general category your rank should be under 37,000 and for outside delhi your rank should be under 10,000. GOOD LUCK
Course Curriculum Overview
I am satisfied with the faculty members, campus, amazing infrastructure, and college life. Placements: Approximately 80% of the students get placements here, and the rest are those who opt for higher studies or government exams like GATE or CAT. Internships are also offered from college only, and the highest stipend is 2 lac per month which is provided by Sprinkler. Faculty: Everyone knows that DTU is a government-aided college hence professors are not so good at teaching like they have proper qualifications and, they are good, but unlike in private colleges you have to study here by yourself. Fees and Financial Aid
Mainly the scholarship offered based on the merit of the students and the students belongs to the SC/ST/OBC. The merit scholarship is given to the B.tech students whose family income is less than 4.5 lakhs per annum get an exemption from paying the tuition fees. the college provide 100 % scholarship to the student have RATION CARD. DTU gives a lot of student fees concession that is based upon your family income. Basically you have to provide an INCOME TAX return receipt for that.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is of the college is decent. It's much bigger than other college ypu will see however it's is smaller than IIT's when it comes to total area. If you are hostler you might want to use a cycle as it will reduce your time to commpute one place to another place. the labs ans classrooms are well constructed and offer fast WIFI. The food in the mess canteen is just average and the hostel rooms could have been better. Reducing 1 star for that
