Remarks

I got 95 percentile in jee mains 2020, and I have OBC quota, so after reviewing the college, I got DTU best for me.JUSt bcoz I was getting COE here. Which is the best branch and dream of most of the jee mains appearing students. I preferred DTU over nsut, bcoz the college life here is too chill rather than nsut. In nsut rules are so strict. If you are a general student then you need to score around 98% in jee mains to get a tech branch in DTU. There are not any age criteria, you just need to score well in the exam and secure around 12-13k rank for coe in DTU. The admission process is divided into many areas 1. After jee mains final scorecard, you need to apply for JAC Delhi counselling. 2. Counseling fee is around 1k (ate my time) 3. There is 5 college now in JAC Delhi counselling process. DTU , nsut, igdtuw, dswe, IIiT Delhi . 4. You need to have to fill the branch preference according to your interest and same for college. There will be 6-7 rounds and the last will be spot round.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course bcoz I was interested in programming, I am highly interested in how this all app, web, ml, ai is working. In our college, there are almost 2200 students in the same year, and almost 10k + students from all year and all courses, the teacher here are highly qualified, most of them did PhD in their field, labs here are very nice for research purposes, and methods of teaching here is good in my opinion, Now the about term exam. So term exam is not very tough, not very easy, if you start studying just before 1 month then you can get good cgpa

Internships Opportunities

5

So after the 2nd year, the companies start coming for internships .and the highest stipend is around 1 lakh. companies like Google, Microsoft, BMW, Samsung, Apple, demorgons etc came .and they hire you for software development, as a programmer etc

Placement Experience

4.5

So placements here is highly good as compared to many IITs .almost all big companies came to the campus during the placement season (started in 7th sem ). And students here got 1cr + package also. In tech branches almost 80% of students got placement and for nontech around 50-60% got placement. Avg package of coe branch is around 18 lakh per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

I add me all year fees and this is around 8.5 lakh except hostel and mess fees, but the great thing here is you can get the scholarship. I got 100% tuition fees around 1.1lakh last year. There is almost 3-4 scholarship for students 1. Edistrict 2. College 3. Nsp You can also get an internship on the campus at around 2.5 k per month.

Campus Life

5

So about campus life. Most likely event engi done every year in the month of Feb. And the crowd here during the fest is around 30k -40k. And infrastructure is very big .so if you are getting hostel here then you will be enjoying campus life here, there is almost most of the game courts on the campus. There is also a lot of clubs on the campus related to tech, cars, drama, dance, sports, social help.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Jamia Millia Islamia are not too high or too low and depend on the branch. Students can apply for placements starting from their 7th semester. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and some startups come to recruit. The average salary offered is between 7 to 8 lakhs per year, but there are not many students who get higher packages. About 40 to 60 percent of students get placed. Many students also work on getting into higher studies or look for jobs outside the campus after they finish their degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.
