Bachelor of Pharmacy (2014-18) batch

I applied for B. Pharma in the 2014 batch which is the third batch of the Galgotias University. Our Dean is Prof. PK Sharma. The admission process was very smooth as I reach the college then a counsellor attend me and also tell the merits and demerits of the course. I am confused about BPT and BPharma. When I select to pursue Bpharma they also show the labs, classes and a brief introduction about the college. The labs are very good as compared to other colleges.

The course curriculum was very good and it's follow the guidelines from the Pharmacy council of India. Faculty members are well educated and professional as well. Most of the faculty members are from NIPER. As the foreign students are also there they teach in English only. But if you have any doubt then can explain in Hindi also.

In the third semester internship is compulsory for the Pharma students either of industry or of Hospital training. So at my time our Dean make groups of students and one teacher have to taken responsibility to provide student opportunity of internship. So every student has done an internship because of the contacts of the teacher. I remember some from my class go to Ghaziabad office where Indian Pharmacopoeia is printed. Boys from my group go to Roorkee in the Jubliant Generics.

They give you lots of chances of placement. Some are the common companies which come in every college every year. But they also organise some job fairs and invite companies for campus placement. Some organizations for Bpharma - Cognizant, eTeam, Jaypee Hospital, Aimil Pharmaceutical, Glaxo smithkline, Troika Pharmaceutical, Astra Zeneca etc.

Fees structure at my time is 1.10 lakh per annum but my previous batch it's just 60,000 per anum and may be increased for upcoming students. I got 2 placements from there in Jaypee hospital and in Sun pharma. Copy of Appointment letter also available there in placement office ( Reg no. 1412102018).

Campus life is awesome. There are lots of food courts available like a bistro, Nescafe etc. There is 1 stationary also available in each block and one atm machine by Paytm. The library is separate for each block and for the course also. Law Library, Ablock library, B block Library etc.
