Remarks

You can take admission directly by giving a college exam or by aktu an engineering entrance exam. For admission, you have to pass 12th class with maths stream. Reservation benefits is given as per government rule.

Course Curriculum Overview

More numerous of vacancies in a civil stream as compared to other streams in government job" Due to this reason I opted this course. The boys' girls ratio is 115:5. Overall faculty is good. Some good some average. More faculty are freshly m. Tech graduate. The semester exam is held on time and is easy to pass these exams if you read only 1 hour in a day.

Placement Experience

After the 6th semester, you are eligible for the placement. Lots of companies are coming for cs it and EC background students also sales companies are requesting students. No core job for civil branch students and a few for mechanical branch students. Highest package 12 lacks a minimum package of 1.6 lakhs CTC. Average 3 lakhs CTC. Almost 90% of students got placed in cs it and EC branches but the placements in the civil branch are less than 5% and in mechanical less than 20%. I planned on getting a government job after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is increasing year by year. It's around one and a half lakhs. You can take benefit of the U.P scholarship scheme. There are more it jobs as compared to core company jobs. There is no stipend for any student. But you top in class then every year you will get 10000 amount as a prize.

Campus Life

Annual fest in the month of February or March. Tech fest is also conducted by the CS department. Lots of books are available in the library to read. Sports fest are also conducted and there are lots of opportunities for extra curriculum activities as compared to other private colleges.

Hostel Facilities

There are single or share rooms for students as per price. The meal is average like 6 out of 10. The registration process for hostels is easy they give you an application along with your college registration form. But the location of the hostel is not good.

The course curriculum for tech branches still need to be improved as many important courses are not taught due to lack of faculties. The college still lacks necessary required labs for many branches which can give students hands on experience and make them industry ready. students from 6th sem are elligible for the campus placements , very less tech companies visit in our campus that are also local companies offering 3 lpa apx package , non tech companies visit the campus more , offering upto 7 8 lpa , companies are Jaro education , geeksforgeeks ,HCLtech , superhouse etc etc, approx 15 16 students got selected by a company , the average package are offered are 4.5lpa and max according to be is 9 lpa , oncampus offer students are mainly placed through off campus at good package like 6lpa , 16 lpa , 20lpa , oncampus is maximus 7lpa apx 25% students are placed on campus 10 11% offcampus

Placement at KIT is decent . If you have have good CGPA and good knowledge of of subjects you can get a decent package . Remarks:

Our college is developing so with the passage of time its facilities are increasing enormously. And more over our college is very good with supportive facalities and good classmates too. The one small bad thing for our college is that the transportation. Its some what poor.

I applied to Delhi University but they did not have btech so I did not select that college. Apart from this I applied to rkgit and niet but they were too far from Delhi. I did not get rejection, I just couldn't join them because either they did not have the course I wanted or they were too far from my home. My college admission process is pretty simple, you can take direct admission by visiting the college or fill councelling online and select this college. One needs to score around 3 to 4 lakh rank in jee for cse branch in btech and for other courses jee is not important you just have to score more than 60% in boards for pcm....Read More

My review on Inderprastha engineering college

Other than IPEC, i wanted to join SRM Chennai. I was not able to join cause i was late to application and the only course that was available was Biotechnology. So i joined IPEC, in year 2021 it was under top 10 category for top colleges of AKTU. And also it was close to my home. Easy transportation, close to home, nice infrastructure. The admission process was quite easy, it took almost three days for me to fulfill it. And out of that one was only college tour day. Other two days took to fees submission and all documents submissions. The eligibility was decided by affiliated universitythat is AKTU, which is most of the time around minimum 70-75% in PCM. Life and placement

I choose this college in 2023 because my uncle said this college is good according to my 12th and jee percentage marks whether this college also known for their placement before the corona time but when I take admission , now college is totally opposite because there is no forth year in the college so companies are not coming and placement rate is not good and there average packages is below 4 lakh.
