Remarks

Eligibility criteria for this course are, you have to give jee main. You have to Apply for JAC Delhi counselling after getting the result of jee mains. In the general category, your rank may be below 9k to get admission to the CS branch.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course I'm not that hard to catch up. You have to be frequent in your studies. All teachers all well qualified and have high level knowledge about their subjects. To score good marks just go through all the topics that are discussed in the class. That will be more than enough to score good marks.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Maximum of students get an internship. It's not that tough to get an internship. Maximum companies appear in starting months like July august . You must have a good hand in Ds Algo, Oops, DBMS Operating System to clear your internship and placements.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements are quite good. Average packer is around 12 LPA, 15 LPA for technological branch, around 100 % students get a place in the technical branch. The highest package is around 50 LPA sometimes it's more than this. It fluctuates.

Fees and Financial Aid

All companies start to come in the month of July. An average package of college is kinda nice Around 15 LPA. Companies like Google, Tower research, sprinkler, Microsoft are the ones who provide higher CTC.

Campus Life

Campus life is very charming around here. And hostel life is too good. But the only problem it delhite gets hostel. It's very hard for Delhi residents to get a hostel. In Feb engifest take place. There are lots of societies here.

College societies are very active, there are events, hackathons, workshops and jamming sessions every week
Faculty is very supportive and guides on career, internships and courses
College location and connectivity is good, it takes 5-8mins by auto/erickshaw to reach the nearest metro station, also buses run

Dislikes

College Infrastructure is quite old, they are rebuilding the washrooms so its better than before
Placement and internship are decent, need more support and guidance
College crowd is mostly uninterested in career and participating in hackathons or career building events

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

For placement, I would say it is average in terms of top-tier colleges. Average placement is 6 LPA; the highest last year was 29 LPA in BTech AI/ML. Placement is offered in the 4th year of the courses, and there are on-campus placements available, but under significant criteria based on the recruiting company like cgpa should be more then 7.5 no active backlog and all so these are the cretiera that a company demands and depands of dfiffrent companies i dont have any subsqueent infomation regaridng the name of companies visited and no of offer made but i have the information regarding thear placement percenateg it was aroung 82 percent last year my plans are to prepare for govt exam and get in there after getting degree

My experience studying at NSIT

Likes

Placement was among the best and most the top companies visited
Infrastructure was appreciable with no major shortage of laboratories
Senior-Junior interaction compensated the average faculty

Dislikes

Outdated curriculum negatively impacted the conceptual clarity
Too difficult to secure good grades due to strict marking
Mediocre support provided to student led initiative

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was evidently outdated and irrelevant to modern engineering challenges and could have severely disadvantaged students' learning outcomes. Although, interaction with seniors compensated this.

The campus is completely different from the whole city, it is more cleaner and is quiet peaceful with various different beautiful views at different points and is not too big so could easily walk through the campus.
Has really great architecture of the buildings and is surrounded by really intelligent people including some over the top profs and some really great minds from the country.
The night life is completely different and is one of the best part of staying in campus.

some of the hostels are quiet old and need renovation.

If you study passionately and have decent communication skills and some important competencies, I assure you that you will secure a position in a great company. Here at IIT Delhi, you earn what you work for; you can receive salary packages as high as 2 crores, but some offers start as low as 4 lakhs per annum.
