Remarks
The admission process is quite smooth actually but there should be some query-related groups or mails where students can ask their doubts. Because many students have so many doubts regarding the admission details, choice filling, fee payment, seat allotment, spot round, etc so it would be of much help if there's a group/ helping number where one can clear up their doubts.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm in computer engineering. There are around 450 students in computer engineering divided into batches of nearly 75 students each. The faculties are really nice and well qualified. All of them have Ph.Ds and the research culture of the college is also good. Exams are conducted in a smooth way.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities of the college are quite good as well. There are many internships offered. The university itself has many internship programs. Like the student internship program USIP. All major companies come for internships.
Placement Experience
The placements of DTU are quite well. All big companies like Apple, Microsoft , Google, salesforce, goldman sachs offer high packages. The placements in both tech and non-tech are quiet good. The placement season starts in August or end July. The placement process is quiet smooth. All we need to do is apply to companies through the resume manager app or web app.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are similar to any other government university like NSUT. If you're looking for a good college with reasonable fee, DTU is perfect. There are many schemes available to provide financial aid to students. There are many student university internship programs available too to help students with the internships.
Campus Life
The campus life is awesome. Fests are held all year round starting from yuvaan to Innova to engi to aahvan. Fests have a good footfall and have various fun activities planned. All the books required are available at the library. There are many societies and fest teams too that provide good exposure.
