DTU- A Dream University

The admission process is very simple and transparent. We have to apply through JAC Delhi counselling. The cut-off for each round is released on the site itself. After 5 to 6 rounds of counselling, the final admission process takes place and seats are allotted. The application form is quite simple and easily available on the website. The general category cut-off for this branch is around 8k. Overall the admission process is very transparent.

The course curriculum of computer engineering is very well designed and is up-to-date with the recent advancements in technology. The faculties are highly qualified. They help us with all our doubts and are always ready to solve them. They have innovative methods to teach in class like the use of various props PPT etc. The examinations are very transparent all the syllabus is published in the ordinance itself and nothing comes out of the syllabus.

There are numerous internship opportunities available for the student, the university itself has many programmes for students for on campus internships like the university student internship program, the Samsung lab intern, etc. The companies come all around the year for different profiles like analyst, software developer, consultant, etc. University also assists students in making projects.

The campus placements of the college are quite good. Big tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, media.net, etc come for campus placement and recruit a large number of students. Non tech placements are also quite good, companies like BAIN and many others come for the analyst and many other profiles analysts.

The fees for the whole course is around 7, 80,000. The fees increased every year by some fixed percentage which is already mentioned on the website of JAC Delhi. There are many scholarship programmes available to help students pay their fees. Like in the recent times of Corona the fees of all the students who have lost their financially working parent to Covid has been waived off. The on-campus placements and internships are quite good almost all the companies come for placements and internships and offer high packages.

The fest of DTU is already quite popular. The reason for their popularity is their unique shows, creative themes, good artists. Most of the events are conducted by the cultural council or the Students Association and some other societies as well conduct their programmes throughout the year. These activities go all around the year. If one is into sports, there are abundant opportunities here to play, there are numerous tournaments conducted like an arena, etc. There are many societies in the college that suits everyone's interest like the dramatics society, dance society, literature society and many more.
