Remarks
The admission process takes around 2-3 months. It starts after JEE mains result, then we have to fill our choices accordingly and then after 4-5 rounds of counselling, the final result is displayed on the JAC Delhi website. The process is easy to do but there is no helpdesk to ask for queries, so one thing which should be there is chat or voice support.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because DTU is a prestigious institute and its Computer Engineering is great. Also, the placement stats of college are quite good as well. All of the professors have PhDs in their subject and they teach really well. The teachers are very well qualified too. The exams are pretty easy and the detailed syllabus is mentioned in the ordinance.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee of DTU is low as compared to other colleges like IIITs. The total fee for all the 8 semesters is around 8 lakhs with an increment of around 10% annually. There are many financial schemes available as well to help the students like EWS, OBC schemes. The on campus jobs are very good. There are abundant opportunities for everyone and a stipend is good too.
Campus Life
The campus life at DTU is phenomenal. If you're a hosteler, you can enjoy every fest and other perks too. The fests are huge, many students from other colleges come too to attend the fest. The footfall is as high as 80,000. There are many indoor and outdoor sports too which one can play like table tennis, badminton, cricket, football, etc. The classroom are well designed. There are many socitites and clubs run by the students like pratibimb, vibe, e-cell, etc.
