Remarks
I could not sit for most management entrance exams due to health issues and by the time I was feeling fine enough to sit for an exam, most exams had already been conducted. I did not want to waste a whole year to sit for the exams hence I started looking for colleges that conducted their own entrance test and found out about KLH. I then went on to give KLBSAT, cleared it, went in for a PI and got in.
Course Curriculum Overview
Critical thinking is the most focussed upon part at KLH. The faculty here believes that if one has the ability to critically assess the situations as presented and solve it, he/she can prosper in the corporate world therefore most of our curriculum revolves around the same. The faculty at KLH is well equipped with knowledge about the working of a corporate and are all PhD holders which only adds to their overall teaching process.
Placement Experience
The placement cell is trying to bring in more and more of companies each year for recruitment. My batch had a 100% placement record. Some of the major recruiters for my batch were Wipro, TCS, Cisco, Amazon and HP.
Fees and Financial Aid
1.3 lacs is the fee per semester and 2.85 lacs is the annual fee which rounds up to around 5.7 lacs being the total course fee. The college also provides merit based scholarship to second year students.
Campus Life
KLH is quite a disciplined college as they are very strict about following the rules and regulations. You cannot leave the college premises during class hours, which might be a deal breaker for some but other than this the college has sports courts and cafeteria where one can rest and rejuvenate when required. The college also has a huge collection of books in its library which can be accessed throughout the day. Moreover, there are around 15 clubs that one can join; Music, Literary, Trekking, Nature, Animation and more.
