Being professional with lots of ups and downs.

I am very thankful for my college for helping me being professional and I will suggest to improve the level of teaching and practicals for benefits of students.

I have completed diploma in civil engineering and came in kit's college of engineering through diploma score. I had scored 81.53% in my diploma. I opt for this college as my friends and family suggested me and also it's the 1st engineering college in South maharashtra.

It's a 4 year course in total for 12 graduates. With 2 semester in each year and 3 years For diploma students as they get admitted directly into 2 nd year. Each semester of 6 months. College timing is from morning 9 am to evening 4.15 pm. Even Sundays and each Mondays in a month will have holidays.

3 companies came. Namely Jacobs, Lnt and supreme construction. However no stipend was given. But experience was very good. All practical concept got cleared through it.

4 companies came in total. 8 students were placed in total.Jacobs - 25k per monthsupreme - 20 k per monthLNT - 30 k per month infratech - 18 k per month.

Mainly there are tow events. 1st pioneer which held in Dec 2014. It's all about competition of project making, poster and model making. Ppt, arts and hand work galleries. It is all India competition in which many colleges participates. 2nd ly the fest named Jallosh 2015. Held in Feb 2015. It's a solely entertainment based dance and singing festival. It runs 3 days.

Our college is having the minimum fees among all other colleges in the south maharashtra. Sc/nt - 12000 per yearobc/ebc- 32000 per yearopen - 65000 per year.

Yup. Loans were available. But i have not taken any such. My friend took this Benifit. Loans were offered by pmc bank at an yearly 1% of intrest with a grass period of 3 years from completion of degree course. Hence it was very beneficial.

The event named pioneer held all the types of competition for every branch. It's an all India level competition and run for 2 days. Boys and girls had equal amount of participatons. However overall results will be given by jury called up from very much experienced background. And the winners will be awarded cash prizes.

I live in my home as the college is nearby to me. So I don't know much about hostels. But yeah. One boys and one girls hostel is provided in the campus itself. And it's working very well in all aspects.

Last year there was get together for alumni of past 4 years. We had a great brief description and discussion about their past experience and present posting. Hence we got a very good conversation with them.

Total 2 semester in a year and one pre exam by college before every main semester exam to prepare the students well for finals. Over all structure was so set that students get enough time to prepare.

All faculties were extremely well in teaching. Yeah except a few newly joined faculties. Mostly experienced faculties were taken from iIIT s and NIT s. They are exceptionally good in teaching. However some newly joined faculties were not that well. Other practical and laboratory faculties were also experienced for 7 to 10 years and are very good in handling practicals.
