Remarks
Eligibility for this course is jee mains with 75% in PCM(60% for sc st). You have to apply on JAC Delhi website for the councelling of DTU The application fee is around 1500 separate cutoff for sc/st/obc/single girl child/Kashmiri migrant.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing the mathematics and computing branch in DTU because of my interest in mathematics faculties are highly qualified as exams in online mode are very easy to pass but in the offline mode, they can be a bit difficult.
Internships Opportunities
For internships, companies come in the 3rd year and almost all the big companies are there in internships. Sprinklr gives the most stipend around 2 lakhs and then there are google, amazon, and many more companies.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are very good. A large number of companies and startups visit the campus including top comapnies like amazon, google, atlassian. Highest overseas package is around 1 crore whereas domestic package is aroung 56 lakh. Almost all the students are placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for first-year is 206000 which is a bit high but the college also provides various scholarships and financial assistance. You can apply on the national scholarship portal or E-district Delhi for scholarships college also provides these scholarships based on CGPA.
Campus Life
Various types of cultural fests like engifest, yuvaan, aarambh are there and also many sports-related fests are there and college VC is very supportive in terms of fests. You get all the books in the library and the classrooms are also clean.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very but the number of hostels is less and hostel accomodation is only given to outside Delhi students as for mess food it's ok-ish mess charge is 2700 per month and hostel charges are 8700 for 4 months (1sem). You can apply on the ERP portal.
