Remarks

I am currently pursuing my integrated graduation course which includes a bachelor's degree in Science along with B.Ed. The whole course is for 4 years and it has great internship opportunities in the final year. Campus placements also take place here in RIE. As it is a teacher training institute, you will have great exposure in the field of pedagogy and education with a scientific attitude.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Always wanted to become a teacher in life, so here I find myself most compatible. The teacher-to-student ratio is approx 1:25. All the teachers are highly qualified.. some have degrees from foreign institutes as well. Bilingual mode of conduct of classes. 2 periodic tests held before each semester exams

Internships Opportunities

5

Basically, it's a teacher training Institute by NCERT. Show most of the placements offer jobs for the post of a TGT subject teacher. There are other job opportunities once you qualify for CTET or IIT-JAM. KVs and JNVs have a special approach to the students of RIEs.

Placement Experience

4.5

Campus placements start in the final 4th year... before that students need to participate in one multicultural program and one internship at different JNVs. In-campus placements also take place as students are eligible for getting a job as a teacher in different institutes which will come at the college for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee is minimal considering to the degree offered. You will need 14000 for one year which includes every facility of the college. And the hostel students have a different pattern for fees. 2100 per month for mess and a charge of 7200 as establishment once in a year. Nice exposure to scholarship schemes from the college as well as NCERT.

Campus Life

4

Club activities, NSS and NCC camps are held regularly, co-curricular activities and sports events, inter RIE matches, and many more. A massive library that is beyond the limit one can really read in his/her whole college life. Contains a well-furnished classroom with whiteboards and projectors and nice ventilation.

Hostel Facilities

3

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Girls have 4 major hostels whereas boys have only one (which is the largest). You will be allotted in one room with 2 other roommates. The rooms have one fan and 2 lights, 2 cupboards, 3 beds, 2 tables and chairs as per your requirement. Girls' mess is run by the tender holders whereas the boys' hostel mess is run by Workers and seniors.
