Remarks

As my point of view A student goes to college to make his/her future bright. And future will be bright only is college will provide the opportunities to make bright future. Which was not there in the college. In fect one can get the good education because it depends on the student and his/her hard work and teachers will helps the students. But overall this college not a good choice If someone wants his/her future. For Improvement there should be the Placement programmes in the college because it is very important.

Entrance Preview

Applied Directly for the admission. After some days I got the confirmation about the admission. The admission was on the bases of the Marks scored in +2 exams.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum was good there were some elective subjects also like formal languages and autometa theory, which is importtant for future scope.

Internships Opportunities

For first 45 days internship program HCL CDC came to uor capus for train the students. No stipend was offered at that time in fact college management collects some money from the students for the training programme. 6 monts training was outside the campus and it was our own choice and we pay for that.

Placement Experience

0.5

No any placement drive offered by the college that was very disappointed as so many students are struggling this time for the job and working in small scale companies.

College Events

1

We celebrate some freshers parties and the annual Functions of the foundation. Some career development programmes was also there during the cource. Otherwise no any technical event organised by the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee stucture was little painful for a poor student. It was 30,000 to 38,000 per semester excluding Hostel charges. Security charges was also there near about Rs 6000-7000 at the time of admission, but till date college didn't refund that amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, College doesn't offered any loan facility and the starting stage But in the middle of the cource Management call some bank professionals to aware about education loan facility, but at that time It was not useful. Because At the time of Admission I go arround 7-10 banks for education loan but they directly told me that, your are only eligible for the loan if your father or mother is a govt employee or if your any property is on prime location and I wasn't both of them. So my parents arranged debt from some people and Still I am paying for that.

Campus Life

4.5

The educational policies and workshops or Labs were near to satisfactory level. And there was not any problem or issue regarding age, sex, cast and religion. For this particular reason our college was good.

Hostel Facilities

3

As I was not the hosteler so I can't say anything about the hostel facilities and mess food.

Alumni/Alumna

I was in the first batch of the college so I didn't have any experiance about the seniors. And as for as Juniors is concerns, they were good but there was not much interaction with the juniors.

Exam Structure

Exams structure was good. In this stucture three MST was there per semester. And Labs facility was there if required for any cource content.

Faculty

4

The faculty was good and eligible but some time problem occurs due to faculty transfer. In fact the HOD was very good personality he was very focusable on his goal.

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for placement from 7th semester, with numerous major companies like wipro, cognizant and various tech startups visit the campus with various offers. The university sees a high percentage of students getting placed. The package are widely depending on various skill and codes. Furthermore while the highest package looks impressive on paper, the avg package remains modest for the majority of the batch. My personal plans after getting the degree focus on exploring independent entrepreneurial ventures rather than tradition corporate placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
