Students should pass JEE exam conducted by NTA. Application form released by NTA. The exam is conducted in two sessions. Usually, it is conducted in Feb-March-April Month. Reservation for OBC, SC/ST, Kashmiri Migrant is available. Declaration of round results on time.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Civil engineering as I want to go in the government sector and will be appearing in upcoming years for GATE and ESE exams. Student ratio is Ok type. The faculty of DTU is well qualified and have experience of many years. Exams are conducted in midterm and end-term form. And regular study helps you clear exams easily.
Internships Opportunities
The internship is provided in the 2nd year in college and good level companies ordered internships and some students try off-campus placement too. The projects and tasks provided by companies seem very useful to create good Curriculum vitae.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placement after 3year end. Big companies visited every year like Microsoft and many tech companies. The highest package is 1 crore around and averages around 16 lakh. Civil last year 50% places. I will try for placement and otherwise government job exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is between 2 Lakh to 2.35 lakh per year. And if you consider a hostel then it would be charged 32K per year. 2-3 Scholarship provided by DTU. And campus jobs is also good and the average package is around 16 Lakh
Campus Life
The Fest conducted by DTU is Engifest and Yuvaan fest which are so amazing. The library is so huge. And book availability is good. Sports Complex is also too good and big ground and mostly sports available there.
