Remarks

None. Initially for the first year building facilities were not good and improvements were provided only from second year.

Entrance Preview

Anna university Score 60%. Attended counseling conducted by the university single window system and got placed in the above mentioned college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course materials were provided especially the books were mainly from foreign authors which provided a thorough knowledge of the subject. Apart from the materials other materials based on Indian authors were also provided for additional knowledge gaining.

College Events

4.5

Inter college symposiums were conducted across all departments every year. Apart from this annual day were celebrated. All the religious festivals used to be celebrated at bigger level and sweets were distributed to all the students, staffs and support staffs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fees were nominal and were charged according to the university standards.

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not avail any loan or scholarship from college. Since our college was very much new and were in the process of building a new organization such facilities could not be offered to us in the initial stages.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life was good and well disciplined. Boys and girls were not allowed to speak to each other and students were fined for violating the rule. Both girls and boys were treated equally and no bias on gender, caste or religion. Competitions were conducted across all department semester-wise.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

Hostel facilities were provided on twin sharing basis and mess food were provided on all days except for festival holidays when students had to take care in case they wish not to travel during holidays. Rooms were maintained properly by the maids and warden was there to assist the students. Fees charged for hostel, mess and other facilities were nominal. No facilities were charged unnecessarily to the students. Nothing was made compulsory and students had to pay for facilities only on personal interest.

Alumni/Alumna

To be frank enough we never had experienced this and i am not the right student to provide feedback on this.

Exam Structure

Exams were conducted very frequently. We used to have daily, weekly and monthly assessments across all semesters. Repeat exams conducted by the college provided the students strong platform to perform on exams conducted at university level and obtain good marks. It also provided good knowledge.

Faculty

4.5

I belonged to the second batch of the colleges. Most of the faculties were well qualified, most of them being Doctorate professors for important departments. For subjects like physics, chemistry well experienced professors were present. They were really helpful and assisted us in the at most possible way.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
