Remarks

The college is very popular in Punjab and the college has a very good research-oriented campus and our college provides us with good research opportunities too. My 12 marks were good 78% I have secured and I also qualified the JEE so I have applied for the college through the college website. I feel that the college system is very good and they have organised the admission process of the college very well.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum of the college is designed by keeping the future in mind the curriculum is properly balanced with the current technological advance and the future aspect of the technology and its impact. The faculty interaction is also very fruitful the faculty interaction is not only related to the curriculum but the faculty shares with us lots of valuable knowledge and information that can be help full for us to excel in our life. Over all my faculty experience with the college was very good and highly fruitfully.

Internships Opportunities

4

The internship program is very good and the college offer internship but I did not opt for an internship as an internship in our college is optional I was involved in the research work with faculty which is why I did not opt for the college internship nether I opted for off-campus internship.

Placement Experience

4

The college is very high on education but if we are expecting that our placement will be like IIT or any other top-notch university it is not like that the only drawback for me for the college was its placement. Yes, our college offers placement but the placement packages of our college are not so high the highest offer was around 11 LPA and the average salary package is around 4.75 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, our college scholarship on merit, SC/ST and for Disabled our college scholarship schemes are Saksham Scholarship Scheme for Specially Disabled, Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girls, Merit cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses CS at National Scholarship Portal, Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Minorities at National Scholarship Portal, Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Uttar Pradesh.

Campus Life

4

Our college is very good but the college life here is like typical college life. The college classroom re good and the seating arrangement is properly set up that we are able to listen to the faculty's voice from even the last bench. The college labs are very good and properly maintained. The library is good as we have a variety of topic books plus we the library has many international research papers and magazines. The college also offers a sports facility but it is limited to only basket call court and a swimming pool. The campus is WiFi-enabled and our campus also has a very good medical facility for everyone available in the college.

Hostel Facilities

4

I did not opt for the hostel so I am not the right person to tell you about the hostel facility but as per the college facility, I can say that the hostel facility will also be good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
