Remarks

Eligibility of the course is only for Science (pcm) students percentage must be 60above in class 10th and 12th . We can find the application online application fees 400 ruppes . There isn't any reservation .

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because firsty I am from science site and the career opportunities after btech are high in technical field and I am interested to be in technical field faculty students ratio in 1year there is 25 faculties and after 1st year there 45 faculties.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 240000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The company was trade .com and to my house.com there is many companies that gives offer to us from campus the project were to hard to do but they give us sufficient time to do the project and to clarify the task

Placement Experience

3 year (6th semester)student became eleigble for campus placement I didn't visit any company but my senear visits the company and they having good packages also the highest package was around 200000 to one of my senear percent was the 80above getting placement my plans was to work in technologycal site .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is also good for 1 semester 120000 and easy to afford for many students and the opportunity of scholarship is given to all the students given entrence paper even my friend haves the scholarship.

Campus Life

Book library is available for all students on working hours , students having there college ID cards can easily issue any book for them, there are lot of books for different branch's students, extracurricular activities are organised on monthly basis, and many clubs are organised by senior students.

Hostel Facilities

There is 1room and 1 kitchen and 1washroom having a good bed and almira Water and power facility is also good there isn't any complaint regarding that . The meal was not too bad I gave 10out of 5 to meal but meal menu is good for health . The registration of hostel is also on online and offline cboth and it is easy to afford

Interview Experience

Yes I faced the teacher taking the interview is good she is polite and interview questions is from 10th class almost and test pattern was test wa about of 80marks and they are divided in certain parts according to subjects yes they dicuss about intership and scholarship and placement I prepared by studying hard watching interviews on YouTube how they conducts etc.

lively campus nights and a fun student life at chandigarh university

Likes

my overall experience at the college has been good so far
the faculty members are generally helpful
campus life is active with various cultural and technologies events

Dislikes

one thing i feel can be improved is the amount of pratical and industry oriented learning
some claases can be more theroy oriented so more hands on activities and pratical sessions would be beneficial
during major events and peak hours the campus become crowded

the course curriculum is realvent and fairly comprehensive i choose computer science engineering because it covers importnt ares such as programming data structures data base software development and emerging technologies

A Balaced College Experience With Great Campus Life

Likes

i like everthing about the college.
i like the supportive faculty behaviour.
the college also provide placement guidance.

Dislikes

Some areas could be improved especially the placement.
A few courses felt more theory focused than industry oriented.
Student enagement oppourtunities would make campus life better.

I would rate the course around 5 . i choose the courser because it provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and paractical concepts relevant to my career goals as well.

i liked the campus of this college very much
placement is very average not all get placed
food is great so many food outlets is there

Dislikes

they want fees for every single fest and things
exam fees is also there which should not be there
lecture schedule is very bad feels like 9 to 5 job

Companies do come in this college for placement and averge package is 500000 so student get placement opportunites from 6th sem onwards , and no. of offers made is 5000 last year placement ratio is also good.

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields.
