Eligibility of the course Is that you need to get more than 70% to get into this College. Application for the form can be find from the Chitkara site itself and you can put your number there and then the person in charge will contact you and then inform you about the fee structure..The application process is just perfect and easy and approachable

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose the course because I always wanted to be a Software Engineer and was good at coding.. Faculty members of the University are very good and approchable for solving the doubts related to studies and your life too.. Student ratio is 70B:30G..Every faculty member has a degree of PHD and they have lots of knowledge because they also keep studying..In starting the exams are easy and then difficulty level increases to make ourselves habitual

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies that comes in campus like Amazon, Infosys, Flipkart and many more..Many projects are needed to be made for the resume you will need to show to the company for them getting impressed

Placement Experience

The Students that are in the last year of tbe course are eligible for the placements that held in the campus.. Many companies like Google, infosys and many more visit the campus. Highest package went to 5-6 lakh and average went to 1-4 lakhs.. 80-95% of thr students gets placed by hardworking.. My plans are to get internship and then continue MCA from chitkara university

Fees and Financial Aid

fees according to tbe study is fine but there is no Air Conditioner in the room and others do have so this is a problem in summers. There are number of scholarship for those who study hard and there are many opportunities for the Internship

Campus Life

So there are many Fests like India Science Fests and many technical camps and Coding bootcamp..The library is fantastic and we can find many updated books from there it is a very peaceful place there.. There are many sports related Fests held and many competition.Chitkara students are very good at handling website and social groups like NCC

Reality of BCA in Chitkara

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is is desgined nicely but the lectures is bit boring. I choose this coures because i have grea interest in programing. They and make lectures bit more engaging. The difficulty of exams aren moderate and all are in campus(offline).

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement in thier final year. The companies which visited are college for placements are nescafe,tata, ayurveda etc. The yearly package is 1700000 and the average package offered is 700000.

Good enviroment but bad accomodation

Placement Experience:

for the placements for bca is not very good for getting placement u dont have to get backlog in any subject. not good companies are coming this year in the collgege. they give you 2 options that is on campus and off campus placement but due to not many good companies come in the placement many students in bca opt for offcampus placement in this year. and if any company come in college for bca mostly they are for sales position with less stipend

I had a good experience in MCM

Placement Experience:

Students can attend placement seminars in their last year of graduation. There are mostly placement offers for the role of sales and marketing or chat-call executives. IT companies do visit also but very rarely and they only hire only 5 to 10 candidates. There are sometimes unpaid internship opportunities available too.

A very active college, which cares for the overall development of the students, with good number of placements. The college is serious on discipline not like other colleges. Which surly helps students in their futurel. Its environment is really helpful and caring. And it is considered the best college in the city.

Nothing is negative remarks about the our college. There are so many positive aspect of our college. College are situated on the laps of nature, and all type of transport are available. Near railway station are available and off course college is situated just behind the N.H.

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
