For MBA any entrance like (OJEE, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT) is mandatory, graduation score min 50%. For the application form needs to contact to career counselling cell of RCM & it is 1000/- Nobody can replace it

For two years the total tution fees 2,98,000 /- Only During Admission 98,000/- (Including Application and Booking charge) Scholarship is avilable according to students score. 96% placement records each year.

Campus Life

Gyan Sagar library - one of Odisha's biggest book room with 80K plus books. RCM held Business Fest evry year in DEC or JAN. GD, PI, Grooming session, Skill debvlopment classes, Communication Devlopment Classes are included in extra curriculum activities. their are some Social Clubs like Communication Club, Finance Club, Sports Club, Marketing Club, Cultural Club.

Hostel Facilities

It has in Campis hostel facilities for both boys & girls with hygenic food, free wifi, Library and canteens. For hostel registration student has to provide some documents and fees then the room will be allotted to them.

Almost every student gets placed and further assistance is provided too. Majority of the students pursue their corporate career after getting placed, while some also go for higher studies. It has state-of-the-art architecture with a blend of culture

The food provided at the mess can be improved to some extent

Course Curriculum Overview:

The pedagogy is excellent since majorly learning is through real-world case studies, reserach papers, peer discussions and interactive class activities. The professors provide materials and pre-reads at the starting of the term and the content is highly focussed on practical learning. The AI sessions are enriching. The difficulty level of exams vary among the instructors but usually is aligned with topics already taught.

The night life if good, and for me gym is the best part
The faculties have good experience and teaching skills
The mess food is also good as of what is expected as stereotype.

Dislikes

The classes some time are too much to handle
The n number of rules and regulations regarding the hostal
The basketball court and cricket ground could have been better

The course is all about management where I get to learn how to manage time with daily n number of activities. Because PGDM course is actually to prepare a person for corporate life. And this course is actually a corporate simulation with education.

I was having prior experience in HR, so i took the course to enrich my knowledge 1:30 was the faculty-to-student ratio all the faculty were experienced in their domain with vast domain knowledge. Campus life is quite interesting with activities happening every month
Renowned faculty is there to guide us and the lesson plans include a lot of practical thinking
Placement is decent and plenty of renowned companies come on campus.

Dislikes

Time crunch. With so many activities students often feel burnt out

By 5th semester the student is eligible for final campus placements. There are more than 50 companies that visit the campus and the college boasts a 100% placement record. The highest package is 72lpa and the median is around 20lpa.

There is nothing more required the important thing is that you should have math subject in your class 12. There was no quota for me, I belong to the general category.
