Remarks

I feel very lucky to read in Gita college .this is a very nice college .placement is very good .environment is also awesome.faculties are so friendly .all the seniors are nice and friendly.in my experience this is a best college of engineering in odisha

Internships Opportunities

So many companies are coming to our college. and we are getting much more projects. Projects are to express the innovative ideas of students to develop the economical structure of the company where you get hired

Placement Experience

The placement process is very good in our college. if I did not get to the campus placement, I would prepare for higher studies like MTech, or I should prepare for the gate examination. Above 90 percent of students are getting placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to fees, I think it is not a very high cost. because we are getting so many facilities and extra classes also for that how much fees we are giving to the college is very good. we are getting much more facilities in accordance with what we are giving the fees.

Campus Life

Binary bites, cyber security club. our library is very big and very nice in our library so many books are available to read. our librarian madam is very friendly with us .and we are studying in library in the evening time. the campus is also good and clean. the crowd of the college is very decent.

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. Campus Chronicles

I chose this college because it aligned with my academic interests, offered a vibrant campus life, and provided excellent career opportunities. The faculty's expertise in my field of study and the availability of research opportunities were major deciding factors. My college is located in a city with ample internship and job opportunities. Some other colleges were in remote areas with fewer prospects for networking. For some competitive colleges, I fell short on specific criteria such as standardized test scores or extracurricular achievements. In hindsight, I could have prepared earlier or gained more relevant experiences to enhance my application....Read More
