Remarks

The college and the environment are really good. You get a lot of opportunities to show your skills as there are a lot of extra curriculum activities which help you to explore more about yourself. The placement is also good. The faculties here are really helpful and. So overall it's a very good college to be in.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I chose this course because the demand for chemical engineers is very high. Faculties are really good and helpful and the overall environment and the crowd of the college is good as well. Most of the teachers here have experience of about 15-20 years. Initially, I struggled a lot to cope-up with the other students as I was a diploma student pass out.

Internships Opportunities

4

Companies such as JPMorgan, Adobe, Byju's, Reliance, etc visit here for the placements. The college is really good if we talk about placements. It is also said that the average placements provided are approx 4.5-5 lacks which are quite good. As per my knowledge, there are no specific internship programs provided by the college for the students, but we can do internships on our own during the sem end vacations if we want.

Placement Experience

4

Mostly after the 5th - 6th sem the students get the opportunity to be a part of the campus placements. The highest package offered to a chemical engineer was approximately 15 lacks something and the average is 4.5-5 lacks. The percentage of students getting placed here is up to 60-70 percent.

Fees and Financial Aid

If we compared to the other colleges the fees here are quite high i.e. 2 lacks per year, but if you come under scholarship criteria then fifty percent of your tuition fee amount gets deducted so the yearly fees get up to 120000 rupees which is quite ok.

Campus Life

4

If we talk about extra curriculum activities then the college is great, if you're the kind of person who wants to be out of the league and wanna explore yourself and do something extraordinary then you should get admission to the college because here you get a lot of opportunities. Although the campus is not that good but overall infrastructure and the activities conducted here are great

Interview Experience

3.5

No, we were not having any group discussion or interview or any written test for admission. The admission was conducted on the set site as per your scores in CET mainly and if you're a diploma student then too your admission is based on your final percentile after getting selected in the set round.

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
