Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because i was interested in marketing nd hr We have good faculty, senior professor and assistant professor 50:1 is student teacher ratio Teacher menthod is excellent they prepare ppt presentation and with help of that they explain along with their inputs and experience So there is mid term nd final term per year and exams are not very tough nor to easy Basically u learn and deliver

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We are given too many projects put presentation internships which help us to grow ourselves and improve our managerial skills of academic skills of our respective fields We are assigned project research papers as well

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many internship opportunities and too many campus placement companies lined up, only thing is that you should grab those opportunities Financial assistance is also available Which will be provided by college

Campus Life

Yes there is nsu group on Facebook and insta gram as well run by official handle and a student too by name of Neta ji Subhash University There is my charitable work done by college students to help needy people

Xiss my POV

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

Life at XLRI

Course Curriculum Overview:

The HR course was quite comprehensive. Lots of subjects were dedicated to different functionalities of HR. Lots of focus on Law, and employee benefits, worker rights and employer responsibility. The course boasts of some of the stalwarts of the industry teaching different courses such as the Professor who teaches compensation is responsible for designing the compensation structure over at HUL. It's very comprehensive, and periodically reviewed to remain relevant to the changing times

Admission:

The admission was done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam. I applied for the admission online and after my application was shortlisted, I took the written test conducted by the college which was followed by the group discussion and personal interview.

A review on my college

Remarks:

The infrastructure of our college is very good. The campus life was great too, we have a good library updated to a digital library, labs, counseling center, ATM, etc. The film society used to run film shows at the weekend which was awesome.

Remarks:

The college and campus were built on strong fundamentals that each and every student is important even though they are passed out they would still remain a member of the institute. Life in NSU

I choosed NSU jamshedpur mainly because of its fees structure. I applied for many colleges but non of them were giving me worth as of NSU. NSU provide s free bus to all students and its fees structure is also very good so that will help me save some money and time.
