Remarks
Basically, we have to go through a common test called JEE Mains. this is a 3-hour long test in which questions from the fields of math, physics, and chemistry were asked. You need to JAC form for getting into this college as JAC handles the onboarding of students on the basis of their JEE mains rank. DTU is a government college hence we can see different reservations in the college. Maybe there should be a basic PI round for the further selection of the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Environmental engineering helped in having a mindset for a sustainable tomorrow. The faculty in my college for my respective stream is amazing. They are helpful in every sense and are always ready to work on new research projects. The term exams also take place timely.
Internships Opportunities
We get opportunities from both Tech and Non Tech companies. All the big companies come to our campus. You can also work under a professor in their research projects. There is no as such things which you need to do to clear a task.
Placement Experience
Our college provides internships and job opportunities both. Once you start your 3rd year in the college then you can actually start sitting for the companies coming on the campus for internship opportunity. Talking about job opportunity we can start sitting in the opportunity after your 4th year starts.
Fees and Financial Aid
In my first year of DTU, I paid around 1.5 Lakhs but during the next few years the fees was constantly increasing by a sum of 20,000 Rs. Although it is too high for a government college. People from BPL section gets a benefit. Alot of job opportunities are provided in my college.
Campus Life
I believe that in college we learn a lot from our peers. Having 2000 students in a batch from top performing 5% students in India gives you alot of opportunity to learn and develop a sense of incubation between community. There are alot of college societies and each of them is performing really well.
