Remarks

All students from any background, whether he or she belongs from a science background or commerce, anyone can apply for this course. You can find the details regarding the courses and the admission criteria on the official website - Tanu. in. Reservation benefits are also there, but you have to advance pay the required amount. In the admission process, I would love to make a change regarding the brochure of the fees which need to be paid every semester of the course.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course to avail my knowledge and to gain some more through this course. The ratio between faculty and student is 2:3. The faculty members in our university all are Ph.D. holders and doctorate holders in their particular subjects. Every month there will be a minor test. End semester will happen afthe ter completion of the syllabus.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 33340 per year

There are many companies such as WABCO, Kuka Robotics, Amazon Development Centre India, Serum Institute of India Pvt.Ltd., NIMHANS, Apollo Gleneagles, Ambuja Neotia, Alipore Court, Hyatt Regency, The Lalit Great Eastern, and many more.

Placement Experience

From the 4th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies visited - for example netio group, and, etc. My plans after getting the degree are to work in cooperative fields and to get a high stipend job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees hike policies, I don't know pretty much about this, you can follow up on the official website -. I n. Scholarship -I was provided the scholarship with h 20% deduction of my course fee. For this, you must have scored a percentage over 80 in your 12th examination. If you've scored above 90 in your higher secondary, you'll be provided a scholarship of 40 to 50%.

Campus Life

The annual fest is held every year - impulse. Which was held on the 21st and 22nd of April this year. Tech fest and cultural fest, are held now and then. If you're opting for an agriculture course or marine-related course. You'll get hundreds of books in the library. Classrooms are quite good, providing a smart class. Sports events are held annually, Rampage is the name of the sports event. In which various college students will compete against each other, including games like football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, athletics, etc. There are many social groups like "ajantrik", sports club, music club and dance clubs where you can shine out your passions and your likings through activities.

One of the things i liked the most was the quality of lecture given by the professors
The campus is very spacious the college has every facility
A fully equipted studio and lab for Journalism students

Things i disliked was the most has to be the locality the college is really nice but the locality is a bit shady

I always wanted to take up Journalism as a career and the thing which caught my attention in this college is that they have a fully equipted studio room and other colleges may have one but the students even publish there own news report here it prepars us very well for the real world

My Experience at Jaipuria to summed it up.

Likes

Quality education and an academically enriching environment. Most importantly, well- versed professors.
Extra- curriculum activities, along with an active sports cell and NCC, and usually various opportunities to participate in Inter-College Competitions.
Well maintained gym with separate timings for girls and boys. The canteen offers a wide variety of foods at an affordable price.

Dislikes

For my department, there was no educational excursion.
Negligence internship opportunities are available for my course.
Only some placement opportunities are available, and companies like TCS and Wipro came up for campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My passion and a bit of curiosity in International Relations led me to choose this course. The curriculum, in fact, prepared me well for further academic pursuits. For improvement, educational excursions and internship opportunities should be made available. The exam is held twice a year on semester basis, with papers set at a moderate to difficult level.

A balanced view of campus life and learning

Likes

The English department has experienced and supportive teachers. Most professors explain concepts clearly and encourage discussions, close reading and critical thinking.
The course is very affordable, especially compared to private colleges. With scholarships, it becomes accessible for students from middle and lower income backgrounds.
The college has a friendly and diverse student crowd. The girls to boys ratio is balanced with slightly more female students, which creates a comfortable learning atmosphere.

Dislikes

The infrastructure needs improvement. Classrooms and common areas could be better maintained and modern facilities are limited.
There are very few placement opportunities for arts students.
Although some academic events take place, extracurricular activities and active student societies could be improved for better campus life.

Placement Experience:

There are limited on campus placement opportunities here, especially for Arts and Eng Hons students. Most students focus on higher studies, competitive exams or off campus opportunities after graduation. The college provides basic guidance through teachers but formal placement drives are rare.

Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira: A Life Changing Experience

Likes

The college has an ideal atmosphere for studying and the hostel accommodation allowed for close bonding with seniors who helped us out in studies as well as personal matters. The teachers are extremely talented and treated us with care and respect.
It is an all boys college and it is without any doubt a ragging-free campus. There is anti-ragging cell as well as student councelling cell available on the campus to help out with these issues.
The experience of hostel life and the close sense of community that is formed during my stay has been instrumental in my growth and the strict implementation of discipline in our daily lives enriched me and changed my life for the better.

Dislikes

The administration is not always the best. Applications, forms, seminars and event permits all required a long time to get approved by the authorities as most of the time it meant compromising our strict schedule as it is a residential college.
The average food quality in the mess could be better. Again it is not always the best but for the most part it is decent.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum provides a comprehensive retrospective of literature from the Old English period to Modern period, while also including English works by Indian authors to demonstrate the diversity and evolution of English literature over the years. The current curriculum I believe requires more seminars and lectures from guest faculties on contemporary research and topics.

I really like the environment of our college .

The unavailability of the boys hostel in our college .
No bigger playground to play ...as there is only volleyball court to play .
The toilet facilities are not poorly managed .

I really liked geography as a subject for learning and exploring as it includes fieldwork , surveys and excursion which enhances our mind and experience in our life and this way we have many opportunities to learn new things in our life which is helpful for our future purposes. The only improvements I would like to note that to improve the toilet facilities and placement opportunities.
