The admission process was easy but lengthy and time taking. Any student with 12th or equivalent level education in science can apply to the colleges for engineering. The application form and related information is available on the college website. I don't get any reservation benefits as I'm from general category.

I chose this course because of the IT industry which is in demand for many years. The college offers really well-designed courses in Computer Science and Information Technology field. Faculties are well qualified with master's or Ph.D. level education. The exams are conducted every semester and the difficulty level is hard. It's not so easy to pass without studying.

Our college is known for good placements in Nagpur. Students from the 7th and 8th sem are eligible for campus placement. There are over 1700 offers made this year with many mass recruiters and some product-based companies offering jobs like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon, Barclay's, and Goldman Sachs, VMWARE, etc. The highest package was 25 LPA by Amazon this year and the average was around 5.5 LPA. In CSE and related branches the placements are above 95% and for my branch IT it's 100%. My plan after bachelor's is to get a good placement and start the job.

Fees are 1.5 lacks per year for engineering and the fee has been the same for the past 2 years. There's no significant hike in fees for our batch at least. There's no scholarship but one can avail of concession in fees if from low-income background.

There was no annual or tech fest conducted till now due to the covid situation. Plenty of books are available in our college central library which is pretty big and we also have a reading room for studying. Classrooms have a projector and screen and a computer. There are air conditioners. The benches are of good quality. Sports are limited in our college with a basketball court, volleyball court, football ground, cricket ground and also We do have a table tennis table in boys hostel premises. There are many clubs and groups in our college like dance club, music club, drama, technical etc. Also we have NSS and NCC.
