The college has very good student council! Which supports the demand of students, and the anti-ragging commitee is much active!

I got into this through Anna university counseling! My engineering cut off was 157.50. after the seat is alloted I went to the corporate office of the college, which is in Coimbatore where I had a minor interview session, which checks the skill of student!

As the lab facilities is moderate own efforts has to be done on learning new courses and to get practical experience, which is very useful in utilising in the research field. But it provides private classes for specific courses which is at affordable price than market value. It creates a better platform to research industries.

Yes , but not often, every year only 10-20 students of each department , gets internship, with the help of placement cell. In some good companies like Aquashore, sintex, Jacobi, elitmus, photon, RBL . I got 2 month of internship in RBL , Trichy

The college has very placement , every year almost 80-90% of students are placed with the help of placement cell. In some good companies like Aquashore, sintex, Jacobi, elitmus, photon, RBL. Many separate placement classes are taken to train the students for students.

Every year sports day is celebrated at the month of February, which helds for a week, it involves all the sports,. And cultural program at the month of March, makes the college colour, all above this. Pongal and Onam celebration every year gives the sense of real celebration in college, with grand programs.

The fees is not much , it is affordable, as scholarship are given every year, it makes the fee convenient, the hostel fee is worth to its features given, Special concession are given to the specific students , according to the financial status of them.

Every year a scholarship is being given to all students based on their academic of previous year! And a descent scholarship is given to new joining students According to their financial status.

The campus environment is so environmental, surrounded by hills , cool climate even in summer, and no distinction among students by gender, friendly type of college, and to be honest about lab features not much good, and now worse too, has moderate facilities where u can experience skills on Ur own efforts.

The hostel room facilities are according to the price you pay, not bad , and not too good, but u can't blame for the features it provides, u can feel the comfortably within a month, and the food is not bad, which can acclamatised with a weekend out food.

Every year a bunch of seniors will conduct a meeting to the 3rd years and final year students, in which they advice the students about the further movement after college!

We have three internal before the start of every semester, and class tests are conducted frequently, and internal marks include the conduct and attendance of the students. Retests are conducted for all the failed students , which helps them to gain some good internal marks.

I saw a poser which says about the Nehru group of institutions, later I enquired about the institution, and realised it is well famous for its aeronautical course, which I can't able to crack, due to my less cut off mark! And I applied for counseling under Anna university, where I managed to get a Mechanical Engineering seat.

As most of the faculties are M.E graduates , they are friendly and knowledgeable enough to teach, and some experience doctorate staff with their friendly experience, helps in project work with their knowledge!. And all the faculties are from well recognised colleges , with training as it reduces the new staff shyness!
