1. 11th+12th PCM ( Physics + Chemistry + Maths ) and you have two options for admission. 50% of seats are reserved for students taking admission through GUJCET, 35% for students taking admission through JEE, and 15% for NRI, NRI-Sponsored, Gulf-Quota The first is through JEE and the Second is through GUJCET(Gujarat Common Entrance Exam). You will get into Btech Cse if you have scored around 97%ile in JEE. And through ACPC(through GUJCET) you will be required to get a rank of around 300. Other options are NRI, NRI-Sponsored, and Gulf Quota. 2. If you are applying through JEE /NRI / NRI-Sponsored/ Gulf-Quota application forms are available online at university website. If you want to take admitted through GUJCET then a Council named ACPC(Admission committee for professional courses) does a counseling process of around 3 rounds.

I chose these courses because of my interest in programming and you can work in any field after opting for CSE like you don't need to become a coder or hacker, you can go in hybrid fields like Cinematography, Video editing, VFX, Music Industry, Digital Marketing, etc. 2. There are around 320 students in the CSE branch divided into 4 divisions i.e. 80 students per division 3. Faculty members are friendly and they give their 100% and try to solve all of your doubts, But some professors teach through ppts, If it's necessary to teach through ppts then it's ok but sometimes it gets boring. Other than that Lab sessions are fewer in some subjects. 4. There is an exam almost every month it may be a quiz, sessional, or Sem end. Semester End Examination isn't that tough to pass if you pay attention in classes you can get a B+ grade easily.

Placements: Placements usually start from the 7th Semester, Companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Media, net, Deutsche bank, Accenture, Samsung, Daiken, Dabur, Bloomberg, Oracle, HP, etc. Bloomberg offered the highest package of around 87 LPA on campus and media.net and amazon have also made great offers of around 30 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA for the CSE branch. Almost every student got placed in 2022.

Fees for batch 2021-25 are around 1.97 lacs per year for students taking admission through JEE/ACPC, For students taking admission through other quotas can refer website. You can apply for various scholarships like MYSY (Mukhyamantri Swawlambanam Yojna) offered by Gujarat State Government for Gujarat students and there are some scholarships at the National level provided by Central Government.

Clubs Tech CLubs: There are a lot of tech clubs like Codeadda ( For Competitive Programming), Computer Society of India(For a career in the Computer Science field ), ROBOCON(For Robotics), Stallions(For Vehicles like Rovers, Planes, and Drones), SAE BAJA (Race cars, EVs). These folks do a great job, there is a process to apply including an interview. Lots of Hackathons are organized by universities by III Cell / E- Cell Non-Tech Clubs: AUGEN-IL2 and ISTE are some clubs that organize concerts, Prom nights, and TED talks Moreover, Anveshan is an annual cultural fest for Technology students, PRAVEG event was organized by Mechanical students, and Nirman is going on now, organized by civil students. There are talk shows, Treasure hunts, Games, and themes like Defense was a theme in PRAVEG where in Indian Air Force and BSF were invited. Sports: There is a rich culture of sports at the University. There are inter- Institute Competitions in an annual sports fest named - ABHIMANU, Fresher's Cup, etc.
