To get admission to BTech in this college u have to give an entrance exam named CUSAT CAT which is usually conducted in February application fee costs around 1000/- there is a special quota for Jammu and Kashmir students and North East students.
Course Curriculum Overview
B tech in mechanical engineering is one of the best courses in Cusat. Labs and facilities that are best for mechanical engineering faculty are very helpful and very supportive. Terms exams are a bit tough u have to score 50 percent to pass the exam

The internship is provided to students in various industries located nearby for example - Cochin shipyard Kochi metro and many more. the professor also assists students to get placement in various companies located outside the city

The fee per semester is around 45k and 28k for Kerala students u can get various scholarships according to our native state. And also u get a scholarship from college if u top the previous semester's exam. U can get a college hostel for around 500 per month and also private hostels are there which cost ur around 2500
Campus Life
Annual we have two big fests one is dhishna which is a tech fest and another one is Sargam which is an art and culture fest. All year round there are various programs are conducted by various clubs present in the campus library facilities best we have a centralized University library and a Soe Library sports fest name some sports and Kurukshetra is conducted annually
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is provided from the second year and costs around 500-1000 per month including the electricity bill and every hostel has a mess which is run by the students themselves. There are lots of private hostels for both boys and girls around the campus.
