Remarks
Admission to Galgotias University is very simple. You just have to visit the campus and get the admission done by depositing 25000 INR to confirm your admission and the rest you can pay later. The admission went smoothly though there were some issues with the hostel's registration rest is fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
Galgotia has a great placement for the Computer science branch. The student ratio of our branch(CSE) is pretty bad somewhere around 7:50 girls to boys ratio. Most of the faculties are from iits but they often seem to lack knowledge. Exams were easy, you get a question bank that only has most of the questions that are going to be there in exams, so it's quite simple.
Internships Opportunities
The university provides you with the mail ids and password so that you can stay updated with any new job or internship opportunities. You can easily get a paid internship. A third-year student recently got an internship at some MNC in London he was being paid 70000 per month for that internship.
Placement Experience
You can apply for placements from the 6th semester itself and placement is pretty decent. I think somewhere around 200 companies visit the university annually and hire like 90% of the students. The highest package was around 44 LPA and the average package is 4-5 LPA. I wanna work at MNC after my BTech.
Fees and Financial Aid
There's no fee hike whatsoever, and I think it's the most worthy private college in the whole NCR, you'll have fun and you'll study too, so studying here is worth it. You can also avail scholarship if you are good at sports.
Campus Life
This is the best part of the university. They have got unifest that happens every year, it's really fun and galgotia University gets a party or two in a month or so. Galgotia University has got 3 libraries, like every block A, B and C had got libraries. They have got some helpful books too. The classroom is okay. Decent enough to have the smart board. University hosts cricket, basket, chess, pool, football, basketball, etc and even squash events every year. There are around 20-30 clubs at galgotias University, clubs are super interactive and it's really fun.
