Nothing Bad till date . College is good , nice patient exposure , good clinics , helping staff members , quality education, nice campus , nice hostel, euql importance for game and acadamics

NUUGET , Now its Neet.I scored 144/180 and ranked 175 . BDS is nice course and Ab Shetty is best in south India. Admission procedures were smooth. Counselling was done for both Medical and Dental.

Course Is Good . Ab shetty has nice patient exposure and good preclinical setup which produces skilled Dentists.Course Contains around 19 subjects on finishing gives you doctor title. 1 st year Human Anatomy,physiology,biochemistry and Dental anatomy. 2 nd year - Preclinical Prostho ,conso , Dental materials , Microbiology and Pathology. 3 rd year - Gen surgery ,gen medicine and oral Path. Final year Perio ,conso ,omr , peod,prostho ,surgery, Phd and Orthodontics.

Yes .For BDS 1 year mandatory Internship is there . we have to do 9 months in college and 3 months rurals. Stipend is 4000 ,its enough and high compared to other colleges.

BDS its all about private practice.After BDS you can join MDS in Ab shetty or go for private practice.You can try NEET and get a PG seat .Put a Multispeciality clinic .After MDS you can go for visits or join as teacher .Try going abroad Canada , us and earn a lot.You can Opter for DDS or Mph outside India.

Omg, Best part in my college .Annual athletic meet , Nitte Athletic meet and Intercollegiate athletic meet in athletics. Coming to games Nitte kreedolsava, Interbatch games , intercollegiate and Nitte accolades. L.(Nitte accolades is south Indias largest Intermedical dental games).Coming to Culturals 15 days long arts fest is unique and amazing.

Its feasable because of Quality education.For me Its 3.30 lakhs per annum as tution fee .Now it has been increased to 5 lakhs per year. So in total 3.30 lakhs 4 years. Its free in internship with stipend of 4000₹ .Hosel is not compulsory . Hostel Fee 34,000 per year and mess fees 36,000 per year.Hostel life is Cool , better to join here.

I have not availrled yet.No much idea about scholarship .There is syndicate bank inside college which helps you to manage money without ease.

Gender ratios - 70% are females and you can expect 25-30 men in class of 100.Workshops - Continous Dental Education keeps workshop on different topics . Interns academic club also actively participates. No comments on race ane ethnicity . No politics inside college .College has union elected by students.

Its 34,000 per annum as Hostel rent. Hostel is 10 storied building with 2 lifts and messhall. There is attached Football ground and Gymnasium . Rooms are shared by two with attached bathroom. There are many Hostels and Medical + Dental students have a seperate hostel. hostelvis well furnished.

Alumis are awesome and connected by ab shetty alumini forum. Alukinis are well settled which gives hope for us.

5 university exams. 3 Sessional exam in each year . University exams conducted in University examination hall.Nothing to worry dude. Do your part Nitte wont fail you .Thoery exam will be strict with Cctvs all around and Rude faculties. practicals Actually depend on internal and external examiners. Study hard you will pass.

Application form was downloaded from Nitte.edu.in and send with DD of 1000 rupees. I opted examination center as Kochi and got in kochi only. I think it was vidyanikethan school .Wrote exam which was quiete easy. scored good marks and get called for counselling. In coubselling seat was given meritwise

Faculties are well Qualified and approachable. I never felt i m away from home coz of them.There are may departments in AB Shetty with Well qualified faculties. Our dean Prof(Dr) US krishna Nayak is well known in field of dentistry. Vice Principal Is Dr. Mithra N hedge.
