Remarks

This is a developing college and can have more improvement. They should work on mess food, hostel and specially on some faculty members.

Entrance Preview

I took GEEE entrance exam. I opted this college on friends suggestion. Admission process was based through online application form and it was easy process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I don't love any subject. These are only good.

Internships Opportunities

I don't remember the name of companies but there are a lot of companies. They should recruit only the number of students which they can place.

Placement Experience

Average package is Rs. 3-4 lac per annum.

College Events

2.5

G fest and many more Cultural and Sports events are organised in the campus. Yes, college fests are always useful because it works for personality development.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees is Rs. 1.25 lac per year (approx.) and yes, it is affordable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarship is provided here but Only toppers can get this opportunity.

Campus Life

I love fests, environment and students in the campus.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facility and Mess food, both are good but can be improve. Hostel could be more clean and well maintained and food can be more tasty.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Animesh, Jigya, Rohit, Sumeksha, etc, are some of the alumni who helped me a lot in my studies and they all are friendly in nature.

Exam Structure

Yes, exams held timely and get result on time. Level in internal exams is Average.

Faculty

Ms. Narang ma'am and Mr. Vishnu sharma sir are my favourite faculty members. All faculty are good but few of them are not.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. The admission process was simple and east. Fill an application form and go to GCET and get everything done there that's all. No complicated thing....Read More
