Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become A Doctor, so, I chose this course. There will be a Head of the department, Associate professor, Assistant professor, and Tutors for overall of 175 students. The teaching is really good. Everything is explained in detail

Internships Opportunities

The internship is a compulsory one-year rotatory internship. Stipend offered is around 20,000 per year. Interns have to go to the hospital regularly and take checkups of their patient's health and conditions regularly.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees are 10,000 per year. Hostel fees are 18,000 per year. There will be monthly mess fees too. We can get a TSEPASS scholarship which is up to 30,000 according to the reservation category. One year compulsory Rotatory Internship.

It is super cool. Every year Fest will be conducted for 7 days. Freshers day, Teachers day, Gratitude ceremony, Graduation ceremony, Vinayaka chavathi, etc. Are being conducted every year All types of books required for students will be there in the library

Hostel Facility is there Now, hostel fees are around 18,000 per year Mess fees are separately charged per month The registration process for a hostel is simple Meals are good and homely food is provided No other expenses are charged

Admission

Neet is the Entrance Exam for getting a medical seat. We get seats according to Merit base and Reservations. Reservation benefits are there. Under the EWS reservation General category students can get a 10% reservation.

I loved the campus ,its soooooo green and peaceful,
Ig compared to other clgs,teaching here is better
I feel very safe inside the campus ,but its too strict

Dislikes

Over strictness,u will have curfew ,u are not allowed to go out of the campus without permissions,u have to wear uniform,too many restrictions
I feel that the management should have more coordination
Restrictions, u are not allowed to bring phones to the classrooms ,if found u will have 10k fine

MRIMS, one of the best Underrated Deemed medical college.

Likes

The hospitals affiliated to medical college have an excellent patient flow, there are 4 hospitals of malla Reddy in the campus, there's a Narayana multi-speciality hospital, mother & child care hospital, malla Reddy hospital and cancer hospital.
There are more than sufficient sports activities available at the college, there is a huge football ground and cricket ground, turf, basketball court badminton court and table tennis
The food in the mess is really great, non-veg food is served daily, there are a lot of food stalls of cafes and other major brands inside the campus like Barista. The lecture halls, practical labs and classrooms are well maintained and spacious.

Dislikes

The vegetarian dishes made in lunch usually suck, but I'd say in comparison to other hostels, the hostel of this college serves edible food, but in comparison to non veg dishes the vegetarian dishes don't taste that good, so veg people face problems
There's a lot of construction going on in the campus as of now, which makes the campus look aesthetically non-pleasing, but it's only for the time being as it recently got converted to deemed University they are upping the standard of the infra.
The hostel room given to some of the boys are relatively bad to the other hostel rooms. We weren't given tables, cupboards and chairs when we arrived at hostel, after a month we were provided all the basic necessities.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has introduced a new Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum for the MBBS program in India. It emphasizes the development of specific competencies, such as clinical skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. The curriculum is divided into three phases: Foundational, Organ System-Based Clinical, and Clinical. Assessment includes continuous assessment, practical exams, theory exams, and OSCEs.

Likes

Things I liked in my college is freedom its not too strict students have the freedom to explore and learn, there is no place for partiality.
The staff in college is extraordinary crystal clear concepts will be delivered to students.
The environment of college is quite peaceful to learn and its neither too far or too near to the main city making it accesible to students.

Dislikes

The main problem I have encountered is food theres a routine schedule in mess which bores students and they end up ordering food from outside

The curriculum of the college is extraordinary it prepares us for the real world difficulties. The hospital provides us with lot of expousre we learn to deal with them. The frequency of exams is apt for students enabling us finish and portion and learn thoroughly.

Government medical college suryapet, a honest review

Likes

Faculties are highly qualified and way of teaching is impressive
Infrastructure is very well developed and new with well equipped lab and refreshment areas.
Connectivity from various major citiea are easy as college is just 2 hrs away from Vijayawada and Hyderabad

Dislikes

Climate us very hard to adjust with. Its mostly dry and hot
Local language is a bit hard to learn and most locals are very less educated
Syllabus is very vast and so there are very regular classes which feels quite tiring.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fact that this course provides you a very dignitorial position in society attracts me the most into it. The financial benefits are also quite impressive. The curriculum extending for 5.5 years provides you all the required knowledge to practice as a general doctor in the country. There is a total of 19 subjects for 4.5 years in total. 1 year rotatory internship in various clinical department in affiliated hospital gives you very good clinical exposure also. The internship here is stipended by ?26000-/- per month. Every year mcc is renewing the syllabus according to to demands of indian medical system. Frequency of exams are quite adjustable upto rth year. 4th year is quite hectic and tiring with syllabus.

It’s just college life

Likes

It has an equal boys to girls ratio and gives us many opportunities to interact and also learn from my classmates. The playgrounds are always available and it has space to walk. The hostel is comfortable and it provides us with healthy food.
The teachers are very helpful in answering doubts and also even if we approach them for basic problems like even hot water they help us lead to the solution and make us believe everything is okay or soon will be fine.
The friends I have made help me from getting overwhelmed when I am homesick and also study with me which gives all of us confidence.

Dislikes

As I have dust activity it actually is a bit of a problem due to the construction work going on and there is dust everywhere but the classes are provided with Acs which help me deal with it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is made according to our ability to grasp when we come out of our board exams. The first year might be considered a little touch but it in general is quite different and I personally enjoy studying it . Exams are a bit stressful but if a person has already studied then the tension gets distributed and it feels like nothing.

After writing neet(national eligibility cum entrance test) and scoring basic eligibility marks, we can apply for medical colleges during the counselling process.gmc mahbubnagar is one in top8 medical colleges of Telangana. If your a local candidate of Telangana, we need to pay 12k as registration fee.after getting admitted into the college we need to report to the college with all the original certificates and xeroxes. These documents will not be returned in middle of the course.
