Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I like to travel and meet new people this course gave me that opportunity. A very good professional faculty of each subject how to give detail knowledge of hospitality industry. Faculty are Ph.D. in their specialization and the teaching method is classroom learning & practical. we have total 6 semesters and 6 term exams for every semester.
Internships Opportunities
I have done my internship at Shangri-La Oman muscat it was a 6-month international internship. there were two groups for is internship first was GD and the second was the Personal interview. It was a very good experience for me to work with people from different countries.
Placement Experience
placement at chitkara is very good and provides international and domestic opportunities for the student. avg pacakage is 3.5 lpa. International exposure is very much high at chitkara university. I also got the opportunity to do my internship in muscat Oman.
Fees and Financial Aid
In 2017 when I join the course fee was 50k per semester. it was of 3-year course and 6 semesters in total there was various method of paying fees such as one-time payment, semester payment, loan.
Campus Life
life on chitkara campus is very good and gives positive vibes to students there are various clubs for students such as drama, dance, sports many more which students can join after colleges time. there are events like global weeks where the university invites professors from different countries to interact with students.
Admission
Eligibility is more than 50% in class 12. The application form is available on the official website of the college ( www.chitkara.edu.in). Students can also visit the office which is in sector 9c Chandigarh.
