Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is comprehensive and well-designed, covering all the important topics in the field. The faculty members are knowledgeable and experienced, and they bring a wealth of real-world experience to the classroom. I chose this course because it aligned with my career goals and provided a solid foundation in the subject matter. The curriculum is designed to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge, which is essential for success in the industry. The faculty-to-student ratio is appropriate, allowing for individual attention and support. The faculty members hold advanced degrees in their fields, and they use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, and hands-on projects, to engage students and help them retain information. The term exams are timely and well-organized. They are designed to assess the student's understanding of the course material and provide feedback on areas that require improvement.

Internships Opportunities

5

The college provides students with numerous opportunities to complete internships with leading companies and organizations. This is an excellent way for students to gain real-world experience, develop their skills, and network with industry professionals. Some of the high-package tech companies also offer internships to students. These companies provide students with a range of roles and projects, including software development, data analysis, marketing, and management. The stipends for the internships are competitive and are based on the company and role. During my internship, I worked as a data analyst intern at USIP and was responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and creating reports for the company. One of the major projects I worked on was to analyze customer data to determine the factors that influence customer behavior. I was able to identify patterns in the data and make recommendations to the company on how to better target its customers.

Placement Experience

5

The placements at the college are very good, with a high percentage of students securing jobs after graduation. Many top companies visit the campus to recruit students, offering a range of profiles and packages. Students become eligible for campus placements from the beginning of the final year, and the placement cell provides support and guidance throughout the process. Some of the companies that have visited the campus include Google, Microsoft, and Accenture among others. These companies made a significant number of offers to students, providing a wide range of opportunities for students to explore. The highest package offered by the companies was around INR 20 LPA, while the average package was around INR 10-15 LPA. The profiles offered included positions in software development, data analysis, marketing, and management, among others. More than 80% of students from the college are placed each year, making it one of the most successful colleges in terms of placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is reasonable, taking into account the quality of education and resources provided by the college. The college offers various opportunities for scholarships, financial assistance, and campus jobs to help students with their expenses. The fees are reviewed and adjusted annually, but the hike policy is transparent and reasonable. The cost to study, including tuition fees, housing, and other expenses, is affordable compared to other similar institutions. I received a scholarship based on my academic performance, which significantly reduced my tuition fees. The financial assistance office was helpful in providing information about other funding opportunities, such as student loans and grants. I also secured a campus job, which provided me with a stipend and valuable work experience. The college has a robust student employment program, which offers a variety of job opportunities for students to earn money and gain practical experience.

Campus Life

5

Life at the campus is vibrant and dynamic, with a range of social, cultural, and academic activities for students to enjoy. There is a strong sense of community, and students are encouraged to get involved in clubs, events, and other activities. The annual fest and tech fest are well-attended events that bring students together to celebrate, showcase their skills, and have fun. The annual fest is typically conducted in the fall, while the tech fest is usually held in the spring. The library is well-stocked with books and journals, providing students with ample resources to support their studies. The classrooms are well-equipped with the latest technology and amenities, making it easy for students to participate in class and complete their assignments. The college has a strong emphasis on sports and extra-curricular activities, with a range of facilities and programs available for students to participate in. These include everything from team sports to individual pursuits.

Admission

The admission process for this college was smooth and straightforward. I took the entrance exam and the application process was online, which made it convenient for me to apply. The cut-off for the entrance exam was reasonable and in line with expectations. The eligibility criteria for the course were clearly stated on the college website, which made it easy for me to determine if I met the requirements. The application form was available on the college website, and the application fees were reasonable. The application dates were also clearly mentioned, which allowed me to plan my schedule accordingly. I availed of reservation benefits and found the process to be well-organized. The necessary information and documents were easily accessible on the college website, and the application process was straightforward. Overall, the admission process was satisfying, but I would suggest the college streamline the process for availing of reservation benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. I do not feel very pressure. The course curriculum is design by GGSIPU. There is not spefific reason to choose to this course. It was my childhood dream to become computer engineer. I cant say that the curriculum prepares for real world applications because I am just second year students. The exam conducted on semester basis and its not very difficult.
