Course Curriculum Overview
I personally chose B. Tech CSE as my major as I was passionate about programming. The faculties at Parul University are best as they possess a knowledge of their respective subject and they did their Masters in that subject so the quality of teaching is best. All faculties are well - educated and they all have master's degrees in their respective subjects even 80% of faculties are Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. while teaching. Their teaching methods are excellent as they teach students from books as well as provide them with practical knowledge. Faculty: students are maintained as no class has to suffer due to less number of faculties.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is simple as Rs. 104300 is the total per year where Rs. 16000 is exam fees and remaining is tution fees. The fees are justified as the quality of education and facilities are one of the best one can find. There are some scholarship a student can avail and there many opportunities of on-campus jobs and internships.
Campus Life
Campus life is one of the best ones can have during college life. The infrastructure is good than any other university. The annual fest of Parul University is known as Dhoom and it is celebrated for 7 days. In the morning and afternoon, there are performances of students and faculties like dance or song or any other kind of entertainment, it is held during March starting or February end. In the middle of February, there is an annual tech fest known as PU Projections where all institutes of Gujarat state participate. The campus life is excellent over there.
Admission
Parul University is a good university for pursuing a course from there to make. The admission process was really smooth and of the student doesn't know what course they really are interested to make a career out out of it, they even provide consultation. There is a special cell for admission known as admission cell. The cut-off to get into B. Tech CSE was 75% in the 12th-grade board exam and 60 PR in the GUJCET exam. For the forms to get admission the whole process is seen by the admission cell itself.
