Course Curriculum Overview

I selected the course as it helps me to develop and learn. Then qualities and knowledge are required for an hr. The course is very good and easy. The course after completion makes you eligible to apply for the public sector undertaking as an hr manager.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship is a mist. And is included in our course as we have to give deportation after the. Course in the last semester and it is credit based holding a credit of 200. The internship is provided during summer in companies like NALCO, BHEL , GAIL COAL INDIA, etc

Placement Experience

The place procedure is a bit strict as you have to qualify. Various or multiple exams are conducted by the university and department separately to ensure eligibility. The company like TATA, BIRLA, ADANI, ETC JIO COME FOR campus and you are also supported by the alumni

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very simple. The total. The course fee is 16000. And then an additional fee of rupees five thousand and five hundred is taken for the seminar and The seminar is conducted every year and picnic plus an industrial visit

Life on the campus is very good. You get hostel facilities and many other programs are arranged in the department and as well as the hostel. The university has cultural fests and social integration. Program

Hostel Facilities

Hostel you are. Provided. Single separate rooms for study and live. The rooms are good and spacious. All the indoor games like games of snooker chess, carrom, and indoor badminton court are also there. There is also a facility for messing and the food is home cooked.

Admission

Yes there is an entrance exam conducted by sams which is known as cpet which is for all the state universities and all the courses offered by the state universities and it is a very good exam and efficient exam and very easy to crack

Interview Experience

Yes, there is a group discussion round and a personal interview round. And there is also a document verification. This takes place after clearing of your cpet entrance and crossing the cutoff. The aforesaid process is very strict

College infrastructure and surrounding is great
Smart classes and free WiFi was provided in the campus.

Dislikes

Teachers are not that good . They don't know the concept well.
Classes are not held properly as per the schedule

I was interested in literature since the beginning. And the course curriculum is perfect. I want to discover the deeper aspects of English literature hence I choosed the course. Total 8 exams will held.

there are smart class rooms and good faculty for my course and various extracurricular activities are available for students
you can compete many state and national level competitions such as essay writings, creative writings, debate, poster making, etc.
the management of the university is really commendable. various departments and cells have been established to help students in their academic life such as; placement cells, incubation and innovation centers for young entrepreneurs

Dislikes

students who are engaged in political activities often exercise their dominance over other students
sanitation could be better with the mutual efforts of both the students and the college management
though is a placement cell present, i haven't seen many numbers of students getting employed through the university placement cell

sociology as an academic discipline is really sought after in the recent times. it is considered as one of the most sought elective chosen by the upsc aspirants and the discipline in itself gives you a great chance at understanding your society and other societies about how they function amd operate, provides knowledge about various cultures, health, environment, city structure and so much more. you can pursue higher studies or go for NET exams right after post graduation. you can also work with ngos and other nonprofit organizations. each semester is ideally of 6 months and two exams are there. the difficulty level of exams would range from moderate to high

Overall the university is good to go

Likes

I like faculties friendliness. Guidance and support in every area.
I like overall our study pattern, our syllabus our projects our viva our seminars
I like the cultural programmes and events so much our jublee and many more where we learn and enjoy at the same time

Dislikes

I don't like our campus canteen. In our time they newly opened and there food is so cheap.
I don't like counters clerks behaviour. They stretching things so long and we have to wait for that that's awful
I don't tike the office staff behaviour they are very lazy. A small work get done in many days

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum and subject syllabus decided by our HOD and chairman. They make the syllabus in order to understanding upcoming era. The add subject like film studies that in whole Odisha in only 2 University. One is Bargarh University and another one is our university. There are semester exam in every 6 month in 3 years course. Questions are not that much tough. Faculties are supportive also.
