Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I wanted to pursue it. The faculty members are good and all of them are very helpful. They properly explain every topic and provide notes as well. There are at most 65 students in a class, if there are more students more than one section is made for them. The teaching method is also good. There are 2 sessional exams after every one and a half months and a PUT in a semester before the final university exams and these exams are of medium level and are not that hard to pass.
Internships Opportunities
There are not many internship opportunities for internships as compared to placement. Internships help us to gain experience and knowledge about the working environment of the office and help in enhancing our knowledge.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. Many good companies come for placement such as Amazon, Wipro, Cognizant, Vivo, etc. The highest package till now is 21 lakhs and the lowest package is 3 lakhs. The minimum percentage required is 60%. I have plans for getting a job related to my field.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for one year are 1,24,000. About placements, students are allowed to sit in placements from the 7th semester, There are many recruiting companies that visit the college. The students are informed about the criteria and interested students can apply for them. Many companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Paytm, Amazon, etc. visit to the campus for placements. Last time 2 students of the CSE branch got selected by Amazon with 21 lakhs of packages. About 90-95% of students get placement.
Campus Life
The campus life is very good. Every year there is an organization of fest. Many different and famous books related to every subject for each branch are available in the library. sports activities also take place and many students won medals and certificates in college-level competitions. There are many societies and websites such as ACM, TRINITY, CRAFTOMANAICS, INAAYAT, etc. societies in the college which are run by the students and for the students.
Admission
During the admission phase, they asked for my percentage in the 10th and 12th class board exams. Since I have more than 80% in both classes that is why I was eligible for the computer science(AIML) branch. I have my seat for admission solely on the basis of 10th and 12th class board marks because I took admission on the management seat. Since I belong to the General category so I do not stand a chance for reservation. All the details regarding the admission are available on the college website so it wasn't a headache to contact them. The admission process was good and I don't think that there is any need for improvement.
