- Fees of college is high as per level of government college
- campus size is big but there not many eateries available
- intake of students is high , like every eyar around 2500+ students are enrolled in dtu
Course Curriculum Overview
i chose mechnical engineering because i had intrest in mechanical. the faculty ratio in DTU is 1:15. The quality of faculty is amazing all of them are phd in my batch, we have all kinds of facilities in our college, like white board and smart board. it is quite easy to pass the exam as teachers are so good.
Internships Opportunities
there are many companies which offer ineternship in our college and usually these internships get converted in ppos the highest paid intership is by sprinklr which is 2l/month which is on campus and even college offers intership for erp portal which is 3500/month for we development. this intership task happens during 3rd year in college.
Placement Experience
placemnets are amazing in college the on campus ones are even better. max package in domestic is 60lpa and international was 2cr. while avg of cse is 23.50lpa while entire colleges is 13.50lpa. i will probably join a good tech company as most tech companies which come in college open for everyone
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is 219000 for first year and increases gradually for upcoming years. the fees is high due to multiple active constructions happening in college. there are many scholarships in college but i was not able to avail as all of them are for people with annual income less than 5 lpa
Campus Life
life at dtu in one word is CHILL, we have engifest which is biggest fest in north india, this year sunidhi chauhan, amit trivedi and nucleya cam in engifest. there are also many clubs and societies in college ranging from dance to tech everything is here. also sports campus is massive with all sports cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and table tennis
Admission
I gave Jee mains and got 95.6 percentile after which i applied for JAC delhi couselling. the application fees was 1500. But if you were to take back teh admission process you have to physically go to NSUT and then do it. also after paying 1500 in round 1 you also had to pay 95000 in round 2 which will be seat acceptance fees
