Entrance Preview

I choose this university because one of my friend suggest me this university who also studied BBA from MATS University, so he gave me good feedback's about this university.

Internships Opportunities

Median stipend is INR 40,000. You get internships in marketing, finance, sales or general management. There are very few internship opportunities for consulting or HR roles.

Placement Experience

3.5

There is 100% placement inside MATS University. Marquee recruiters include KPMG, Coca cola, P&G, HUL, RB, delloitte, StanC, Citi, BOFA, Frito lay. Median package at my time was INR 14 lakhs for domestic and INR 20 lakhs for foreign placements.

Campus Life

Absolutely fantastic in all sense. We have had our share of fun within and outside the campus. We also have dedicated groups to handle various events throughout the year like cultural events, CXO's visits, industry visits etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Though we have a good database available, yet we need to do more to connect well. We are running some initiatives to make it more effective. Programs like meeting over weekend, localised meets and networking is our core focus.

Faculty is top notch for most of the subjects offered. However there were few challenges too. We have given appropriate inputs to the authorities and it is good to see them acting on it.

Notes are provided in form of online Slides of the course are not relevant and are not easy to understand I would prefer clearly doubts with faculty during the same time when it arises rather than waiting to go home and finding for its solution in slides because it's irrelevant and of no use.

Good infrastructure and helping students proctor class rooms for students halls are also available for students co curriculum activities. And orientation classes for sophomore with the freshman year students.

MATS form a student perspective

I took admission in BA psychology and didn't have to appear for any entrance exams, usually at graduation level apart from some famous ranked colleges like DU, Christ, etc you don't have to sit for any entrance test. I contacted my department via phone call, the number was available on the newspaper add and got all the needed information. The staff who answers the phone calls are very cooperative. After having all my queries cleared for example what's the course structure, fees, faculty information, authenticity, etc, I decided I will join the college. You will have to go to the university campus on your own, just ask at the reception area and you will have all your queries cleared....Read More
